Truly professional and genuinely kind staff. I brought my daughter and her friend in after a playdate at the park, and her friend accidentally dropped her Happy Meal. Without hesitation, the manager offered to replace it free of charge, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture.
That kind of customer service does not go unnoticed.
To top it off, the food was cooked perfectly, fresh and not stale, and the barista made my coffee exactly the way I like it.
A+ experience all around.

This McDonald’s really lacks customer service and order accuracy. I waited for my food for 45 minutes and the workers left my food out on the side for 20 minutes. My drinks sizes were incorrect, they didn’t have dr pepper, and my mc double was not plain. There was a good amount of people also waiting for their food and coming back to get their orders fixed. The drive thru line was super long. I hope they get more staff because I would most likely not come back to this location

The restaurant was super busy, and unable to keep up. We were asked to patk to wait on our drive thru order. When it was brought to us, we had only gotten half of it. Went inside to get it fixed, employees were only coming to counter to hand out orders. They didn’t want tot wait on people. Fortunately, Bruce, the guy that taken us our order, was kind enough to hear me out and fix it himself right away.

Literally went through the drive-through and ordered a 6A Two snack wraps meal.. I come to the window and they only charge me for one snack wrap, and a drink by itself… I told them I wanted the meal and they said the meal only comes with one regular ranch and one spicy snack wrap.. I told them since when I’ve been to every other McDonald’s and got this meal no problem. Because this is what I normally order! .. So I told them OK charge me for that and just make it two ranches. How hard is that? Literally so much of a trouble I told them just give me a refund back.. like was a speaking a different language????? Went to The other McDonald’s over the bridge and ordered the same thing and there was no problem at all.! Yes the two snack wrap meal exists it doesnt have to be ranch and a spicy one. Literally feel like they told me that so they didnt have to try and fix the order.

There was no napkins or ice in the machine.
I ordered kiosk and PAIDED at the kiosk and didn’t get a receipt went to the counter where the Vivian was stationed and tried to double charge me and refused to give me my when I requested it. Then lied to my grandmas face and said I was trying to pay for a different meal.
The manger Sandra was very helpful got me my receipt and Vivian will be reprimanded

This place was busy in the drive-thru not inside. The cashier unfortunately didn’t have a clue to the specials that they are running at the moment. The lady before me was ordering and the guy wasn’t really customer service material. He wasn’t really knowledgeable nor try and help the lady. I had answered her question that she asked to him since she was older and needed a little kindness. My food that I ordered was prepared properly. The sandwich was thrown together and the fries tasted as the oil needed to be changed and they were cold. I’ve worked for mc donalds at 1 point in my life and we always honored the customer with grace and appreciation that they even decided to spend their money with us. As a restaurant team and management you should always have the employees updated on the specials and teach them how to have kindness with a customer that is in need. Not sure of I would go back to this place or not. Sad to say but the truth.

I wanted to take the survey but my receipt was cut off!! My meal I just got was so good! Omg double cheeseburger was seasoned and juicy, fries were crisp and salted, nuggets were crunchy and fresh! I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the food came out fresh and hot. What really stood out was how polite and attentive the team was — they even checked in to make sure everything was okay with my meal. The restaurant was clean, well-stocked, and the overall atmosphere was really pleasant.
It’s rare to see such consistently good service at a fast food place, but this location really gets it right. Definitely coming back!
