Stopped in on our way to a date night concert, immediately walking in the do we were complimented on how nice we looked. We had good food here, there was a little hiccup on food rang up differently than we ordered, and once we caught it and took the receipt back up, they immediately handled it, gave us back our overcharge and we so Friendly doing so. A + for how easy they took care of the issue! A great experience overall

I pulled into the parking lot at 6:13 and finally made it to speaker at 6:34. Sat at the speaker until 6:47 when I was able to let them know I had a mobile order. Pulled up to window and was handed drinks and asked to pull around to the front door and it would be out asap. Food was brought out at 6:56. I understand being busy, but almost an hour in the drive-thru is a bit ridiculous. The guy at the window is definitely doing his best though and staying positive!

Soda fountain not working properly. Clerk didn’t want to give us drinks from behind counter. Finally did and we’re also out back there!
Food (tacos) were cold. Slimy lettuce.
Had not been there in years. Won’t be back!

I gave the company Taco Bell 2 star, not this specific one. When it first opened a few years ago it was terrific, but like all customer service facilities, time makes people complacent and careless. I used the drive-through, so I can’t complain about the service this stop and there were no issues. But have you seen the size of the nacho Bell grande lately?? I don’t know when this happened but it’s the size of a nacho supreme but a dollar more than the grande used to be five years ago. I don’t know when this change took place as I haven’t gotten a bra grande in quite awhile, but Taco Bell is starting to become a bad place to eat for the money. You are better off paying five dollars more per meal and going to a genuine Mexican restaurant. I paid $10 for bel grande meal, YIKES! In picture, I put my own onions on bc they quit doing that too. In the 80’s and 90’s, they used to be delicious.

Same crap experience. Come in and nobody says a word to you. Completely ignore customers. Order ahead on the app and still have to wait forever to get your food. Portions here are VERY SMALL compared to other locations. Overall just a SAD & VERY BAD LOCATION. ♂️ ♂️

When placing the order an item was left off and speaking to the shorter, older lady that was given the food to the drive-through worker she spoke hatefulness and was very rude when we were trying to get things figured out and needed to simply add on to our order, what was left off.

Although the music was spot on the food was below sub par and we had to wait well after our food was brought out to get our freeze drinks. But the freeze drinks were phenomenal.
