I’ve been eating at this McDonald for years. The past few times the food was not edible. This time was worse, the small hamburger was cold and I’m serious, what happened to the warming lights? It was cool to the touch, the fries exactly the same? Was this done on purpose since both were cool? I know even if sitting and cooked earlier there are warming trays. What happened here and why would the food be cool like it had been sitting outside since this was a cool day? I would really like answers. This was my dinner. Living on a fixed income I don’t eat out often. The staff was nice but also seemed in a hurry and I was the only person at the drive through. I threw the meal away because I simply couldn’t eat it cold. Do better, would they themselves eat cold food served to them? I’m complaining because I just think people can be kinder and more thoughtful, these young people don’t care unless it happens to them. Sounds like the times we are living in doesn’t it.The management has to do better and I know about trying to find good employees since I’ve owned businesses. If they won’t do the job correctly, let them go. Maybe next job they’ll do better!

Just ordered a Quarter Pounder and 4 Piece Nugget, and a Large Fries only to be handed 2 Snack Wraps and some floppy cold Fries. This has happened a few times already and I’m done with this location. The girl who handed it to us didn’t seem to care very much either. Waste of money.

Really gone downhill in the past year. Been eating here every day for lunch for multiple years. Only now I’ll get bacon mcdoubles, missing bacon, I’ll remove onions only to have more on there. Remove the cheese since I’m lactose intolerant to find more cheese than ever. I literally order the same thing, every day. And up until, maybe 4-5 months ago it was great. Was friendly with everybody there, to the point they knew me just based on my order. It’s bad now. Straight up.

I had a concerning experience with this particular McDonald’s location. I ordered two Double Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger Meals through the McDonald’s App. However, to my great concern, the meals delivered were undercooked, which is especially alarming as my wife, who is currently pregnant, noticed this after her first bite. Consuming undercooked food can be particularly dangerous for pregnant women, making this oversight unacceptable.
Upon discovering this issue, I immediately contacted the store, hoping for a swift and empathetic resolution. Unfortunately, the response was deeply unsatisfactory. The staff member insisted that the only way to process a refund was for me to drive to the store with the undercooked meals in hand. This request could have been more practical and ignored the purpose of using a delivery service chosen for convenience and to avoid unnecessary travel.
I proposed sending photos of the undercooked food as proof, but this suggestion was met with reluctance and a lack of cooperation. It’s disheartening and frustrating to encounter such disregard for customer service, food quality, and, most importantly, customer health and safety in this situation. This experience has significantly tainted my view of this McDonald’s location. It has led me to question the safety standards practiced here, particularly about pregnant customers like my wife. That’s why I don’t recommend this place.

Missed a happy meals chocolate milk but when I went it he red shirt guy made it right and gave me a little extra. Very much appreciated. He was very nice and respectful and I genuinely appreciate how he handled that. 10/10 best McDonald’s in middle TN
