I go to this location every morning. I went today, 2/8/26 on Sunday. I arrived at 7:38am. Door window says that the dining room is open at 7am. I own a trucking company and me and my guys get Burger King every morning. Our trucks are too big for the drive thru. We went to the door and it was locked, I knocked on the window and the staff just looked at me and then acted like I wasnt there. I approached the drive thru window on foot while a car was speaking with the manager. I asked if they would unlock the doors for us. The manager told me no. I asked why, she said she did not have enough staff to open. There were 3 women working in the kitchen, all now looking at me through the window. I asked “how many people do you need to open, there are 3 of you, it requires more?” She told me that until she has 5 people clocked in she cannot open the doors. I told her my truck is too big for the drive thru, she said “I don’t care, go somewhere else then”. Myself and my truckers will no longer visit this location. Staff is very rude and inconsiderate. It was 24* degrees outside while we stood there for 5-10 mins as they pretended we weren’t knocking on the door and waving our arms to get their attention. They completely ignored us until I approached the drive thru window.

I would leave the stars completely blank but I can’t, order from here through Uber Eats one night and woke back up throwing up and shitting myself! I got food poisoning because your night shift crew includes managers, don’t know how to do their job correctly store and cook the food correctly . If it was up to me the store would be closed down. Not once have I ever gotten food poisoning from any other Burger King. Most nastiest experience I’ve ever had.

I was pulled up after ordering ,waited for 20 mins – i asked for a plain royal crispy sandwich with just mayo and received the sandwich with everything on it … then had to wait another 20 mins for an remake sandwich…. 02/28/26 at 7:45 in the morning this woman handed me a bag of food with no coffee creamers and knew it and didn’t tell me and still try to let it slide. I then proceeded to ask for coffee creamers and she tells me she went to go look for some and they’re out and I asked to exchange the coffee since their store doesn’t properly stock enough for their customers and I was told no because it came with the coupon. So they left me stranded with a drink. I can’t even drink. Do not come to the store.

I pulled up to the drive thru and was informed it was broken. It appeared the small screen where your order would be shown back to you was broken. Although, I could hear the worker and she could hear me so it seems like the drive thru could be an option but it turns out it was probably fir the best to send everyone inside. I went inside to order and the person at the counter was friendly enough but several people were waiting. It took a while for each of us to get our orders and several people came in and were not greeted and just left standing at the counter. My fries were hot and fresh and my spicy chicken sandwich was warm. I probably won’t be back to this location.

Pay full price for 2 Bacon Kings (double patty) sandwiches, and then arrive at work to find out I’ve received 2 Bacon Princes (single patty). Has happened on more than one occasion at this location.

Sign says dining room opens at 6:00. Waited outside for five minutes while the employees meandered around drinking coffee and ignoring us. When we finally shouted through the window, asking if they were going to open, they motioned for us to go through the drive-through, where they then told us their registers needed a few minutes to start up, so we left. If you’re not ready to serve people ten minutes after opening, that’s a problem.

Bad experience:

Waited 10 minutes for the employee (manager) to come off break in the dining area (visible to customers) to take my order and another customer’s order. After order was taken, they left the kitchen for another 10 minutes where my 2 double cheese burgers were sitting waiting to be bagged. The other customer had to yell at the food preparer to look at the screen because he was making his whopper wrong. Eventually I get my order and leave.

Simple 2 double cheeseburger order had bacon without a patty on one burger, and bacon with a single patty on the other.

I’ve worked fast food before, and have never seen a more poorly managed BK.
