Ok what else?!, ok what else?!, ok what else?!……
That’s what I was constantly cutoff with while trying to place my order. Whoever the lady was taking my order in the dirve-thru made it very difficult to speak respectfully….and when I say I was cutoff speaking i mean in the middle of saying hamburger, but only able to get Ham- out before…ok what else?!. I don’t know who pissed in your cheerios but it wasn’t me.

They had a line and asked us to wait which is fine but they don’t seem to have a handle on their orders. They gave the food to cars out of order and were consistently late. People waiting over 20 min for small orders.

Worst service. If I could give it a zero I would. I order 2 cones very simple and I’ve wait at number 1 for over 15 mins while everyone else was getting cones and there food. Very Unprofessional. Then I went into the McDonald to speak to a manger and also unprofessional just stated okay gave me my money back cause I was upset. Like I’ve waited 15 mins and all you have to say was okay. I would not recommend this McDonald and won’t be going back. Then he asked sign this and stated why you wanted a refund well I waited a refund due to poor service.

This McDonalds is the worst one i’ve been too. I live 2 minutes away and visit this one and every time theres something wrong with my order. They always park you and when they bring your order out theres always something missing its not the first time that’s happened too me here. I ordered 2 espresso shots in a cup, how are you gonna confuse that with 2 Americanos?. Next time I’ll just make the drive too seagoville instead they at least don’t mess up my order everytime.

Horrible service I’ve been sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes. I can’t even get out cause I’m blocked in by two lines. This is ridiculous. Whoever the supervisor is of this location. Food quality is horrible. Customer service is horrible. They don’t know how to run the drive-through. It’s just horrible all the way around.!

I quite literally stated no pickles but give me the sauce and they didn’t give me sauce. The fries were half full so I paid for a large meal and got less than half of that. I stated to give me another sweet tea they read back the order and still did not put it on the ticket. When the manager came to the window I said I wanted the other sweet tea I will pay for it and in an abrasive tone said “give me a dollar for the tea” I paid for an apple juice didn’t get it. I paid for a blueberry cream pie. Got an apple pie. This is absolutely ridiculous. Fire the entire staff. They are too busy on their phones and flirting with each other to actually do the job they are paid to do.

I understand that we’re in a time where people need jobs. But can we at least make sure that they have decent customer service I literally called Just to advise them that the sprite machine was out in the little Latina lady IDK what her name was hung up in my face three times before addressing my issue that’s a problem And a terrible representation of your company I’ve been to this establishment many times and never had to go through what I had to go through tonight. Y’all need to do better especially with that little Latina lady she needs to learn Customer service off SKILLS and there may have been a language barrier, but she could’ve been at least a little nicer versus hanging up the phone on me after we paid our money for food Do Better.
