Took my 4 year old to the restroom for him to find this cigarette. Thank god he didn’t touch it !!! The restrooms should be cleaner. And my food was cold and the French fries had a hair but they were able to give me new ones but overall this McDonald’s sucks. Now I go to the one located on Trenton they have better service.

The place is absolutely horrible. The air conditioning was shut off. No music playing in the lobby. Tons of ridiculously wasted space. Cheap and nasty McDonalds taking out all the soda machines and everything that would make the restaurant a remotely desirable place to be. Food took forever to get to me. And kiosks never gave me a receipt for my meal either. Disgusting and strongly encourage everyone to stay away.

I have four children, so I like the mobile order option when we eat McDonald’s so I don’t have to drag everyone into the restaurant. This is the second time I have done Mobile order, and have had to wait over 30 min for my food which I find completely unacceptable. If I wanted to spend $50 and have to wait over a half hour for my food, I would actually take my kids to a sit down restaurant and enjoy my meal. This will be the last time we order from this location.
Wanted to edit: After waiting in my car for 50 minutes I woke my sleeping baby and went inside to check on my food. When I told the gentleman at the counter that I had been outside waiting for 50 minutes, he went back to the kitchen area where the staff started heckling at the fact that I was out there almost an hour. They didn’t believe me. Once I handed the manager my phone and showed him the time I placed the order, he immediately started working on a whole new order. By the time my order was ready, a female employee started heading out to my car to bring me my original order – that I ordered beyond an hour prior at this point. The manager asked her what took so long on the order, and made her return that order to the kitchen. The manager helped me carry my fresh food out to my car and apologized, but I was not even offered some kind of compensation for the hour + that I waited. A gift card, a coupon, a free dessert … something would have been better than nothing.

The Mobile app is the fastest and most efficient method of ordering and actually getting your food quickly. The most time I have ever spent between the speaker & giving my code and the 2nd window has been MAYBE 3 minutes, only once out of the last 10 orders. Most of the time it doesn’t take 2 full minutes WITH a line.
The points system and what you can actually get in exchange for them stands out far from the competition as far as value for the points and what all you can choose from to spend your points on.
Every order has been correctly filled, the hot foods have been very hot and fresh, usually. There has been an instance or 2 at most out of the last 10 visits, where the McNuggets are kind of luke warm at best and once really stale despite ordering them from the McDonalds parking lot. The rest of the times, the McNuggets have all been steaming hot & fresh, and the breading has that distinct McNugget crunch to them.
The burgers always have been hot and the cheese melted, the lettuce and tomatoes have been fresh, ripe, and full of flavor. The employees in Drive Thru are more energetic and greet with a smile every time compared to some other places with a Drive Thru.
It would be nice to be able to add tomato, onions, pickles, & lettuce to breakfast items like the Hardee’s app allows. Also the ability to request caramel and hot fudge sauce added to milkshakes would be nice.

This is close by my place and I’ve eaten here a lot over the years but tonight was the first time I’ve gone late in a long time and I’ve got to say that is the best shift and staff they have. Extra friendly the food was fresh and yummy we got a 20 pc nug with the fry basket two burgers and a hot and spicy mcchicken and pretty good size order for this hour of night but they absolutely nailed it.

Just went thru the drive thru. They had my order completely wrong. I don’t know how you hear blue raspberry by us saying coke with our order and I asked for a sweet tea 5 times and got attitude when it wasn’t on the order. That was your workers fault learn how to train these people right. Never going back!!

Spent 40 minutes waiting at McDonald’s 10 minutes in the drive-through they made me pull to the third window. I waited another 20 minutes. My order was wrong and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it by the time I got home my food was cold. I’m very disappointed. I never leave reviews but here I am I hear horror stories about the Fort Campbell McDonald’s but since it’s on my way home, I figured hey why not but nope never again. It was hot, fresh, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Which was surprising to me because the drive thru line was long when I pulled in. I only waited about 8 minutes in a line of 15 cars. Not bad at all.

Brought my son here for lunch, ordered our food, when we got it the buns on our burgers were crunchy, dry and the burgers had no taste. The fries were greasy cold. The workers seemed more interested in flirting with each other than helping and taking care of customers. Workers in yhe lobby with pants sagging where there underwear are showing. Not something I would want to see while eating. This specific McDonald’s has been getting worse over the years. I will start driving the extra distance to a McDonald’s when my kids want to go.
