It is very sad the owners do not read/reply the comments. It used to be my favorite hamburger place. Today 9/8/19 (7:45 pm) they were disrespectful. The guy responsible to fry the hamburgers patties was dancing and making fun of the manager behind his back because of the late orders. Not only him, but with other friend as well. The manager end up frying patties to try to put the line on schedule, unsuccessfully. I know the service is slow, but 25 minutes to carry out is unbelievable. I am (used to) a 5 year customer and they used to be fast and put some seasoning on the patties, but not anymore. The problem is very simple to fix. You guys have to put some smart and skilled person at the grill to fry the hamburger patties, everything in this restaurant depend on it. All others are Lego pieces. So sorry the long text, I hope the owners can read it. My money, never more!

Although the shakes are great, I spent close to half an hour in the Drive-Thru line when there was only two cars ahead of me when I got there. I did visit after midnight how much of the argument could be made that they were understaffed because of how late it was. Regardless, understaffed or not shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for my food
