I strongly advise everyone to avoid spending your money or time at this McDonald’s location. On October 10, 2025, I ordered a Hot & Spicy Chicken Sandwich along with a few other items. I specifically requested that my food be cooked fresh, yet I was served a raw and undercooked chicken sandwich. I o believe that this was done intentionally based on previous experiences with this store.

When I contacted corporate, I was told that their chicken arrives cooked and frozen. However, based on the appearance of my sandwich, it seems the patty was barely placed in the fryer for a few seconds as it was visibly raw inside. The store offered to remake my sandwich properly, but that felt insufficient given the seriousness of the issue. A proper form of compensation for my experience and the risk I was exposed to would have been more appropriate.

It has now been a week since this incident, and I’m still uneasy about eating anything. As someone who is nine months pregnant, this experience has been especially alarming. I’ve attached a photo of the sandwich so you can judge for yourself whether it appears fully cooked.

In my opinion, this McDonald’s location should be shut down. They serve uncooked food, the wait times are excessive, and the customer service is unacceptable. After this experience, I will never eat at this McDonald’s or any other McDonald’s again.

If I could leave a negative review, I would. My husband and I come for lunch often. We will NOT be coming back. We sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. While ordering we were very specific about what we wanted. Two combos both large (same meal just two of them). They refused to ring up large meals and assured us it would be fixed before we got to the window. Got to the window and they tried to get us to pay for the incorrect size meals. I asked MULTIPLE TIMES to please change the meals to large. The boy literally refused to change it after asking management for help. We paid for our meal and left after spending 28 minutes in the drive thru. We still received the incorrect size for our meals. All of this was after watching 3-4 cars drive off from the other drive thru line because they wouldn’t aknowledge their presence after quite a few minutes.

We grabbed breakfast here on the run. The order was fast and the food was so good. The young lady that took our order was very sweet and friendly. That’s what keeps customers coming back. Great food and good customer service. Whether it’s from the window for take out or from the inside. Or it’s a family meal that is fining inside.

My last few experiences have been perfect, but this last experience was absolutely terrible. I didn’t get my burger. They didn’t give us our drinks. When we went in and got our drinks I was given unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. The staff at the counter were rude. It was a complete waste of money and time. It was a great way to ruin someone’s night. It’s already been hard enough to satisfy my appetite lately and I needed a drink, so I couldn’t be more upset with the absolute carelessness.

Night shift manager has a very nasty attitude. About a wk ago my nephew and his car full of friends were told the lobby was closed when they tried to go in, and also when they went to the drive through they were ignored. When they asked was the place still open they were told if they feel a type of way to go eat somewhere else. Which they did. Good to know the people serving food in the building don’t want to do their jobs . ‍♀️

Went through the drive thru and had to sit for 10 mins before our order was even took . Lady that took our order was rude and had an attitude. We also had food missing and she was rude at the window and when asked for the recipe she was all grumpy. If I could put a negative star I would. I also called the story and no one ever picked up . I work fast food and this is just unacceptable.

I went here 12-19-25 at 2:30 pm and tried to get a Frappe, I was told the machine was being cleaned. This morning 12-20-25 at 6:00 am I went again and this time I was told the machine was down. McDonalds, you need to get your act together. I vowed to rarely stop at any McDonald’s since you decided to raise all your prices on Americans when we needed the most help. The two times I decided to give you another chance and the best you could do is tell me a sob story about how the machine is cleaning itself or is down. How do you stay in business? Please move to another town so we can get a Dairy Queen or perhaps a restaurant that serves good food at a decent price. Oh and whats the deal with all your out of stocks. Take care and have the day you deserve.

At this location, there’s a 98% chance of either getting the wrong order or getting food poisoning.
And today’s trip resulted in food poisoning.
When going to this location, please check your food to make sure it’s either all there or the quality of it. Because the people in there do not care whether your food is all there or if your food was just put in a box and served to you after it sat there for three days.

This McDonalds needs more employees to make this establishment better!! They also need to train them young ones to do their job instead of playing around..seriously, this one in Bay Minette play too much I will not be eating there again after today until better employees are there..more staff = better establishment = better service= better customers just my personal experience

If I would do zero stars if I would. My family and I stopped at this location for breakfast. At 8am! Pulled on the lobby door and it was locked. So, we walked around to the side door, it was unlocked. Once we walked in the manager looked at us and so I said the door is locked. Her response, I have the lobby closed but you can order at the kiosk.
