I want to emphasize how important it is to treat customers with kindness because you never truly know what someone may be going through. During my last visit, my vehicle had broken down three hours from home and had to be towed to a shop and I wasn’t even sure it could be repaired that day. We hadn’t eaten breakfast and thought why not at least try to eat lunch.
We purchased our meals and did sit a bit longer than the average customer but the dining room was never full. Even so, we overheard employees talking about us, including a comment suggesting we had used all the ice in the machine. This simply wasn’t true. I only had half a cup of ice and one cup of unsweetened tea the entire time.
I’ve been visiting this restaurant during my monthly travels since 2020 and have supported it consistently, but now when I drive by, it genuinely saddens me. It breaks my heart to think that people can be so unkind. I work in the public myself and I always treat people with respect and this experience was especially disappointing. I hope that in the coming year, the employees will remember that the people passing through may be facing challenges of their own and that their kindness could be the one bright spot in someone’s day.

Walked in to the counter and No one was up front. I heard someone in the kitchen talking with someone else on their phone cussing and then another employee walked in with his scooter and still no greeting no acknowledgement. As I was leaving the lady at drive thru did greeting us out. Smh I will never eat there

We came in and went to the restroom before ordering. When I returned to the counter the woman at the counter had went to the back where I heard the cook saying he’s uglier than her. I heard this because we had stood there waiting for a long time for anyone to even acknowledge we existed.
I didn’t know who he was talking about until the woman (without a name tag) came around the corner looked at me, rolled her eyes and then proceeded to go back to the back. I have never been treated so poorly for doing nothing except walking into a restaurant to order food. What in the world??? Never going back!!

I placed and received my order through the drive through because at the door they said the lobby was closed. They neglected to toast the bread on my Frisco burger and when I pulled back around she said they had shut everything down already and I was mistaken about the bread not being toasted. The meat was also under heated but overcooked looking, I do not know how this is possible. I will call corporate in the morning as I’ve read another review which states local management has not been helpful in the past.

This was a long process. Wasn’t busy, but I’m guessing the 2 ladies taking orders did not wanna be there. I asked for a mustard pack, and got mayo. As I was eating, I was told I need to move my car because a food truck was needed in that spot. This parking lot is big, and it made no sense why I only moved 2 spots down and that was good. Thanks for ruining breakfast for my wife and me. …………UPDATE, came back again. Bathrooms was disgusting. Locks are broke, and no tissue in ladies.

Stood there 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledge us. Ordered the BLT Frisco meal. Got on the road and started to eat. No tomato, very greasy and French fries were cold and stuck together.

Went back by after I got off work and spoke to a very rude manager that insinuated I was the reason the hamburger looked like that. I feel for the poor people of Colquitt for having this place as their only fast food option. By the way it ain’t fast food, takes forever to get your order.
So I contacted Hardee’s corporate by email and promptly received a call from their regional manager who was very polite and helpful and I will be refunded my money. I love Hardee’s food but this store need an employee overhaul
