I can forgive forgetting a menu item when it happens once in a blue moon. Almost half of my last ten visits had missing menu items. That just feels like a scam at a certain point. People are friendly and food is fine. But getting ripped off constantly pretty much cancels out anything positive.

This is the worst McDonald’s every visit my order is messed up or I have to pull forward to wait but the next 5 or 6 cars behind me get their order and the manager always says nothing we can do about it or just ok. Easy to have fast lines when the food is incorrect. My daughter gets the cheese burger happy meal when we go. I order it plain then verbally reiterate only meat, cheese and bread i always verify its correct on the screen and ticket however it has catchup, onions and pickles 100% of the time. Unless you have time to order food and wait twice do not make any type of special order at this location.

Placed an order on the app, was in a hurry for daughters softball tournament. As we pull into the space to pick up our order I’m told my order was cancelled by the app.. go inside and stood for 10 minutes as several “Managers” wandered around.. till finally a young lady told me that sometimes when they get busy they will cancel an online order that I would be refunded IN A FEW DAYS…and to order and pay AGAIN!… Needless to say this is beyond ridiculous and my family and friends will not be back… Been 3 days and have reached out to the store and still no response as a refund either

Enterprise and Geneva have the best MacDonald’s I have ever been to. Out of possibly hundreds I’ve eaten at these are fresh, fast and friendly fast food, a line of 8-12 cars is no problem with them sending cars through fast with fresh tasty breakfast, lunch and afternoon meals. I usually eat in.
