My wife, our friend and I decided to eat McDonald’s late tonight and when we arrived, I was told they didn’t have my order even tho I told them I had the code. Finally after telling me they had it, when I pull around, I get met with no hi or anything, I got my receipt and proceeded to the next window, i got my drinks and still no word, I waited for my food to which I said I was missing my McFlurry, before I could even finish my sentence, I get told that it’s refunded to me with no question on if I wanted to replace it or not. They slammed the window and walked off, I was kind and calm during the entire process. When I got home, my wife’s sauce was not correct, also my friend had a hair in her food. This was the first time in a long time to eat McDonald’s and now I remember why we don’t eat here.

Consistently behind in the drive through requiring extended wait times. You can see it vividly on a Saturday morning at about 10 where the line extends all the way out to Boll Weevil Circle. This backup affected my order this morning. We placed an order at 10:12 for breakfast got in line at 10:20 and couldn’t get to the speaker to let them know we were there for our pickup until 10:31. When we finally got to the speaker we were simply told “we’re on lunch now. You’ll have to order something else.” I explained we ordered well in advance and couldn’t help that the line was backed up to the circle. Their response was “Ok we’re cancelling your order have a nice day”. It simply demonstrates that the team at this location is not proactive in preparing orders and runs the operation reactively and always behind resulting in extended wait times. My challenge to anyone reading this is, see if you can get an accurate order when you arrive at the window or if your pulled off to a parking spot to wait. I’ve only had it happen once in the past year. Curious how bad this spot really is. Also, Sonic does breakfast after 10:30 if you get your breakfast cancelled at the drive through window at 10:31.

Liz was very nice and helpful. The manger with the pink hair was rude. I have been waiting on my order for over 20 mins, I ask about how much longer it will be and she replied with an attitude “It’s not ready!”. I try to be patient, I worked fast food (McDonald’s), you need to be more polite to your customers

My family and I went through the drive through tonight and got a Big Mac and we couldn’t even eat our burgers because they were undercooked. We had already made it home by the time we realized it so to not be able to go back tonight and get it right is a little frustrating.

I ordered the strips with hot mustard and didn’t get my sauce. How hard is it to put sauce in the bag. I worked there before and this happened all the time and people just didn’t care. Almost always in the drive thru no matter how busy it is guaranteed to be asked to pull forward. Went to dine in with my father my food sat out on the tray behind the counter for like 10 minutes and every time a drive thru bag of door dash bag got put next to my food they kept grabbing that and handing it out and skipping my food as it sat and got cold. Didn’t even get a apology or anything just handed me my food and left. That’s very poor management and customer service. Always has been though. Poor service seems to trend at MC donalds/fast food.

This location demonstrated an astonishing level of incompetence and dishonesty.

We were clearly instructed by staff to pull into mobile pickup parking spot #3 and then left there for approximately 40 minutes with zero communication. When two of us finally approached the drive thru window to ask what was going on, we were met with hostile, rude, and aggressive behavior instead of a basic explanation.

Staff then flatly denied giving us the instruction to park, which is either a failure of memory or a deliberate lie. Neither is acceptable.

When the food finally arrived, my burger was entirely incorrect, despite me verifying the order multiple times beforehand. While it was eventually remade, the staff refused to provide a sauce that we had already paid for, claiming they could not give out “free” sauce. This was false. The sauce was on the receipt. To make the excuse even more ridiculous, they handed us multiple ketchup packets we did not request or pay for.

The refusal was not about policy. It was retaliatory because we insisted they correct their own mistakes.

Mistakes happen in fast food. Lying to customers, refusing paid items, and responding with aggression when called out is unprofessional and unacceptable. Management should seriously reevaluate who they put behind the counter.

As a Door Dasher, I absolutely hate picking up orders from this store!!! Tonight, I heard the manager tell her staff to not worry about Door Dash orders and take care of specific orders and if the customers want their food they will wait for it or leave. I spoke up and said out loud that nobody would leave that store after spending their hard earned money on the food they ordered. She the proceeds to encourage her staff and say they’re doing a great job. The customer service at this location at specific times is absolutely atrocious. And it’s like they are proud of it.
