Stopped here with my son and a couple of his friends to get some ice cream on a Wednesday night. Placed our order at 7:30 and after 30 minutes still had not gotten our ice cream. There were two or three people who came in after us and got their orders, but we were trying to be patient. Then someone came in and ordered an ice cream cone and it seems like they were friends with someone who worked there. A worker immediately went over and made a big tall ice cream cone for him and handed it to him. When we went up to ask when we might get our ice cream and show them that it had been 30 minutes since we placed our order they acted annoyed that we were bothering them. They exchanged eye rolls with each other and no one seems to give a care at all that we had been waiting so long or that we didn’t have our food. Nobody seems sorry and there was no sense of urgency to get our ice cream to us. Waited about another 10 minutes to get what we ordered.

We just wanted some nice crispy fries..unfortunately we didn’t get that. We had to wait for our food for about 15minutes just to get back to our hotel room that’s less than 5minutes away and the fries were pulled to soon..and the Fish sandwiches weren’t the best either..not really sure why we had to wait for that time just to be disappointed…

Would give 0 stars if possible. I understand if a chain is low staff but 25 minutes I waiting in a 6 car lane just to get up to the ordering screen and wait longer to get my mobile order. I would’ve parked in the spot to have it brought out but they were all taken. I had to jump out of the line because I have a 30 min break. So now I’m foodless and lost $$ I’ll probably never get back. I’m frustrated. And this isn’t the first time the lines been a long wait. Just the first time I’ve complained. I give benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. And when you contact support they don’t help. They say reach out, and when you do nobody picks up the phone. I just want my money back, since I’ve already lost my time.

I am very upset and hurt that I was given a hot cup of coffee where the lid was off and the HOT coffee spilled all over me and my car and the who served me the coffee yelling to the other workers that they did not put the lid on the coffee cup. She proceeded to tell me that their coffee cups were “flimsy “. While she proceeded to give me a second cup that the lid was also NOT on it.

Don’t come to this location unless you have a full hour to wait for your food. Drive thru orders seem to get priority over dine in or curbside. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE – DANGEROUS FOR KIDS. Homeless people will approach your children while you dine in – especially when you go to get your food. The food was decently hot, at least – but we had to wait 35 minutes for a happy meal and a double cheeseburger.

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees were nice. Otherwise this place is horrible. Dining room is a complete mess. Almost late for work because they failed to give me my order. 20 minutes and I didn’t get it. Refund me.

Female manager was extremely rude when she got my order wrong and I decided to wait for them to correct it. I was told to drive to 2nd drive thru window and waited for 20 minutes for happy meal french fries. I could hear manager yelling to the workers “is she still there? What does she want?” as if she didn’t ring my order wrong. Very disappointed and honestly the restaurant needs to clean house with leadership.

This is one of the few McDonald’s I can actually tolerate. However, the lines are extremely slow. I’m getting really tired of every fast food place I go to it takes me 20 or 25 minutes to get through line. This is one of those locations. It really shouldn’t be that hard. All these places say they can’t get enough workers. If that is true maybe they should just quit. Covid was 3 years ago. If you can’t do better now then maybe you should go back to the drawing board. Also, stop asking me if I’m using the app. I don’t want to use an app for every fast food place I go to. This also slows down the line because you asked me every time if I’m using the app when I come up to the speaker. You should know if people are using the app or not with the check-in system. Don’t assume it or stop trying to force me to do it.

If you can help it, AVOID this McDonald’s at all cost. It is by far the worst one I’ve visited. Horrible service, unreasonable wait times. On one occasion my order was somehow conveniently forgotten. An instance before this most recent one involved a blatant disregard of customers by simply not taking orders. There was a line wrapped around the building. The employees didn’t seem to bother taking orders for whatever reason. I’ve never seen anything like it. The service is so subpar that I believe that the community will be done a great service if it just closed.

Tough day for the crew. Only one food prep person with lots of service folks. Ordered a couple of Big Mac meals. Took 25 minutes to receive our order. The Big Macs were ok, but the fries were stone cold.
