I hate to write this review as I am a very patient person and I understand companies have bad days sometimes but unfortunately I am going to cause I’ve had it with this location. What im about to explain is simply what happened this morning, however after having multiple and I mean like 10+ incidents similar to this have occurred to me personally at this location over the span of a year and I feel as if though this is very needed. This morning I was in a rush to get to work so I stopped by to grab breakfast, I ordered a sausage McMuffin, a hash brown, and a pumpkin spice coffee with add-ins, and when I pull up to the window, they tell me “hey- we don’t have any pumpkin spice” I’m sitting here thinking like okay, no big deal- they run out all the time. She asked if I wanted any other kind of drink and I told her just a caramel coffee would be fine, but I let her know I had paid for two extra pumpkin syrup and two caramel drizzles in the cup. She didn’t offer any kind of refund, so I tried to explain it was fine if she could just use caramel for all the add ins I paid for instead of pumpkin whice was an extra like 2-3 dollars, she didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about And I had to repeat myself about six times with her only response to being uh huh and hm. I kept trying to explain it to her, but she cut me off and told me to just pull forward, so I’m sitting here thinking oh maybe she understood and I was over explaining and she was getting annoyed. Again- no big deal. I pull forward and I’m sitting there and a young girl comes up to bring me my coffee, Asked me if I got a coffee, I said yes she handed it to me and walks away without a word. It had no light ice, not only did it not have the two drizzles I ordered, it didn’t have drizzle AT ALL- OR ANY OF THE ADD INS I PAID FOR. It was just a plain coffee, but at this point, I’m already running late so I just drove away. Absolutely ruined my morning. And since I’m already writing this, I’m also going to give a quick run down about some of the other situations I’ve had to deal with here. I can recall about 3 specific times when I ordered food from the lunch menu here, and SPECIFICALLY during lunch when I have gotten food and found a hair or multiple hairs in my food, and I always seem to get cold fries whenever I order them here. For example, I found a very long black hair in my McFlurry around 2ish months ago, I didn’t make a fuss about it because they never do anything to really redeem themselves but I decided I don’t have a lot of faith in McDonald’s anymore and I’m not coming back for awhile. And now I decided to give it a try again this morning then and all this happens. I’ve had a multitude of occasions where the cashiers have been rude about it when I’ve come in to address these problems nicely, and they don’t file any kind of report for it they just offer to remake it and try to send me off, which at that point when I have someone else’s hair in my mouth I don’t really want to eat there again I just want a refund.

I have sent an email in regards to the rest of the incidents directly to you guys because this location is just horrible and I don’t think you want what I have to say on a public review.

i paid for my sausage egg and cheese meal and a pancake platter from doordash i didnt recieve my sausage egg and cheese meal with hashbrown nor did i get my hashbrown and biscuit for my platter if i paid for my meal i want all of my meal simple doordash paid me my money back but its a shame and my eggs and pancakes was smashed as well mcdonalds yall need to do better cause this is not it at all un-acceptable

I was there and I watched an elderly couple with an autistic grandson try to maneuver a kiosk and no one ever came to help them. I asked if I could help them and she said she’s been standing there for twenty minutes and no one ever noticed. I saw five employees working and I had to yell- can we get a human up here to help them. The response I got was “they want us to go fully to the kiosk.” What the crap- dignity and respect is lost because of businesses are thinking about efficiency. DO better- or at least offer some to watch the lobby area. Also, one of the workers coughed in this arms and continued to make fries . We are watching and there’s no reason for a kiosk to take place of assisting the elderly.

Lunch rush is tough in any fast food restaurant, but the 25 min wait for food in the lobby costs stars. Used this restaurant at other times never issues on wait, today was terrible. Along with wait ordered dine in and was packed as take out. Not a good experience.

I have only been to this location a handful of times and so far I have no big complaints. I have only been inside once and all my other visits where using the drive thru. The store seemed to be clean and the staff has always been friendly. My orders have always been correct and I never had to wait terribly long to receive them. So overall, I have been satisfied with my experience here so far and I would recommend anyone looking for a quick bite or fast food to visit here. I will definitely return in the future.

We were in the drive through, and simply asked to hold for a moment while we thought of our order. Took about 5 secconds. But they decided to do the following. Have 2 cars on the other lane go before us (we arrived first) our order on the receipt was exactly what we ordered, despite that. All the cheeseburgers that had no pickles were filled with pickles, more than you would normally get. The big macs were missing half of the ingredients, despite just ordering it normally. And didnt put in the rest of our order. This was definitely intentional. Thank you for not including half our order, and loading pickels on the rest.

Ordered 2 double fish filets and large fries. Had to wait for fish which is understandable. But one was nice and hot and the other was barely lukewarm. Fries were ice cold. Very difficult to get staff’s attention who then told me my fries were cold because they had to wait for the fish filet. Totally clueless and inept. Second visit here and it will be our last as well. Stay clear of this location.

The fries were not fully cooked, the tea was horrible stale and too sweet. (Double the sweetness the already sweet MCDONALD’S tea usually is). Burger was barely warm cheese not melted any. It was a totally bad experience for me. I usually have pretty good luck at this one.

Went through the drive through and got the #9. 2 cheeseburger meal with a sweet tea and asked for the cheeseburgers to be ketchup and pickle only. Saw that one was onion and pickle only and tried to correct it and the girl was rude and just repeated my total to me I pulled forward to the window and tried to correct it again and still got my cheeseburger with onion and pickle only it and no ketchup. Went to eat the one burger that was correct and THERE WAS A HAIR IN THE MEAT!!! Will never be coming back to this McDonalds. This is a whole new low for this place.

I couldn’t get anyone to assist me so I had to order at the kiosk . I am not fond of the kiosk but I managed to get through it . They sold out of Mc rib so I ordered the 1/4 pounder meal . My child ordered a chicken nugget meal with pure honey for the sauce . The meal came finally no honey , my hamburger was burnt and hard I have never got one like that at a McDonald’s idk how they managed that . I asked for honey and ketchup she brought ketchup I said “where is the honey “ she walked away . I went to the counter and asked for honey . After being completely ignored for several minutes. The place was completely nasty trash overflowing out of the garbage can into the floor.
