This morning ( same day I’m making this review) I had just got off work and I stopped to grab something to eat on the way home and when checked to make sure everything was bag I was like great they didn’t forget anything, boom I get home after checking the sandwich I realized they really thought it was ok to put burnt onions on my sandwich and the steak look just as black as the onions this is just ridiculous, I don’t know who read these but I’m sure you might not care but I know the way yall fix the food and talk to people at the window I know if the tables were turnt you would be ready to cut up. You should keep that in mind when serving guest, and it’s not one location that’s better than the other all garbage!

So I placed a mobile order for my boyfriend and I when we were about 15 minutes away. I already have the habit of not choosing curb side or drive thru at this location because they either forget something in our meal and I have to go inside or they forget about us entirely so I always have to choose dine in so I can make sure I have the correct food and not be forgotten about. This was the closest McDonald near us so we had to choose this location despite always having an issue with our order so I already knew this wasn’t gonna be easy. When I got there I could tell there were a good amount of people that had been waiting a while so that told me I was going to be waiting a while too. However, I had 3 different people ask me “what you had?” even though I had been waiting for 40 MINUTES!! Once I told them I had been waiting that long, (wasn’t rude about it btw) the guy that bags the orders started TALKING ABOUT ME to the other employees and laughing at me while I was standing right in front of them. I even heard them say “well she’s gonna have to wait even longer because her chicken sandwiches aren’t ready” WERE THEY NOT READY FOR 40 MINUTES??? Not only during my wait did I see so many employees moving super slow but also cutting up and laughing more than they actually did anything. I straight up watched a guy take 3 MINUTES to put a sticker on the bag because I guess he can’t talk and work at the same time. When I finally got my food and had been there for almost an hour now they FORGOT a whole meal to my order!! I always say it when we leave there but I am NEVER ordering from this location ever again. Every location honestly sucks but this one takes the cake.

I ordered through the drive thru. The drink was filled so high that it spilled everywhere while it was being handed to me. The fries were half empty and there was no meat on my burger.

This location is absolutely terrible. This isn’t my first awful experience at the Lurleen Wallace McDonald’s. But this one is the last time.
1. A kid’s meal with sauce spilled all over the top of the milk.
2. Drive thru employee eating as she’s handing me food. Disgusting and I’m sure the Tuscaloosa health department could help educate her on cross contamination and how much this will cost the owner.
3. And here is a shocker, she was rude as hell.

I really enjoy the night shift here. The service is always smooth and my food was fresh and delicious. The staff was polite and welcoming even though it was late. It made my night!

I am never the one to write reviews when I have a bad experience but this one did it for me. I was trying to order and the person on IPOS was rude, completely unprofessional. I noticed that they were out of soft drinks that day which was fine but I wanted to ask the guy if that was correct. After three times of repeating myself he goes, “I can barely even hear you.” Unprofessional. Then I had to speak up again which he replied with, “Just pull around.” Absolutely not. It’s always that guy I have an issue with, it’s no one else in that establishment. Very irritated.

The evening and night shift are rude and lack customer service. Then talk loud about you in the kitchen if you ask about your DoorDash or personal order!!!!! It took all I had not t get disrespectful right back.

Consistently mess up my online and in person order, staff is always rude at drive thru, restaurant is never clean around the drive thru. App doesn’t have the option to get a refund when they mess up and they will. Do no go to this location unless you have to.

Incredibly rude, lazy, and ill managed. Tried to place an order through the drive through and was repeatedly cut off, told their fountain machine was down and they were out of orange juice, had to repeat my drink order multiple times, then had to repeat my entire order again. I finally just said forget it and left.

if u stay in the tuscaloosa area the best one to go to is the one on 15th st this franchise is one of the worst ones i went and got an frappe and 1 double cheese burger with extra onions and only ketchup the couldn’t even get that right the burger juss full of ketchup the mayo pack i asked for wasn’t in the bag this is not the first time they messed up my order i couldn’t take it back cause i was already late to work for them taking forever juss to get my order !
