Visited this location twice in the last month. On 10/17/25 430pm Thursday I ordered chicken strips for the second time. Both times the chicken is so over cooked you can’t eat it. It’s like they refry them again to sell it. It’s so bad. Other locations serve it great. I will never return to this location. Do better.

Bring my sin here when he gets a craving for Micky D’s. He loves the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, large fry and large Dr. Pepper. We usually have to wait as it is cooked to order but he loves the size and taste of the burger. Food is seasoned really well, cooked at the right temps, burger is juicy and food is always hot! Staff has always been friendly, service is quick and have yet to experience an issue with my order. Pricing has gotten higher but that is all over. Coming here is a treat for on occasion. I love going to places with friendly and happy faces and this McDonald’s has that! I would love to see other locations adopt their customer service and work ethic. Well done staff and management! You are our go to location! Thank you for making each visit so pleasurable and memorable. ❤️

SUCKS! Im pulled and made to wait EVERY time I’ve come here. My order is always messed up in some way, in which Im told to wait and let at the window for 10+ minutes until i get upset enough to leave without them correcting it. This McDonalds has no sense of urgency and doesn’t take accountability for there mistakes. Just today i was given a sweet tea which they upcharged me for and proceeded to give me unsweet tea & the worker laughed knowing their tea was unpleasant. I was told to wait and they’d bring me another different drink. Needless to say i was left at the window AGAIN and left after being there for 10 min . Every time!!

I went through the drive through for dinner tonight and my order was taken quickly and accurately. Just a few minutes after I paid, I was given my food in a timely manner with no items missing. I definitely recommend an will be visiting again soon!

Horrible !! They were not busy at all, of course with Chipotle open now . I go through there is 3 cars in the drive thru that’s including me and this is what I get; a sm fry with practically nothing in it, my burger bun was slightly stale, ordered my daughter a cheeseburger extra pickles and it came with one pickle, and lastly everything was ice cold. Would be a little understandable if they were busy, but they were close to dead honestly. Just unbelievably bad service

If I could give this place a zero I would. The food is always terrible, they never fill the fries up to where it’s supposed to be its like maybe 5 fries in a small and this is EVERYTIME. I have made a formal complaint through the app and the person that contacted me seemed like they were serious about my complaint which was nice but nothing changed, it never got better. Food is still terrible and the staff is still rude. This is the closest location to my house and I’m literally driving out of my way to go to any other location because of how horrible everything about this location is. When the GM or whoever called me she offered me a free meal at this location and I turned it down because of how bad the food is every single time. I wish they would make some changes because as I said this is the closest location to my house. I’m just so annoyed that we give these places our money because it’s convenient for our busy lives and they don’t even care enough to give you anything edible.

I was so excited for this McD’s to open right beside my work. For some reason there’s always an issue with my food. They often forget a sandwich if I order multiple. Today, I ordered online a spicy mccrispy and a sweet tea. They gave me a chicken sandwich with just mayo even after sending me to wait at the 3rd window.
