I was able to order easily, food was fresh, staff was professional and work great as a team. Waited about 15 mins which was to be expected since they just open. I’m proud of what I ordered having fresh and healthier options in this area is important can’t wait to revisit soon. Great job TS Orangeburg!

First time experiencing TS at the Orangeburg location. Ordered an açaí bowl & chicken wrap. My $11 Açaí bowl had fresh toppings BUT the Açaí was freezer burnt and crystallized at the bottom. If I’m paying $11 for any product, I expect it to be totally fresh. If the Açaí is no longer good – don’t serve it! If staff is taking short cuts by pre making the açaí and putting them in the freezer, the store manager should correct that….its a problem.

I order food from this location daily when it first open. The food was great and so was the service. The last three times I have ordered my food has been horrible. The chicken was not cooked entirely and the fruit was not blended well in my smoothie.

1st time going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Orangeburg SC, the service was great, I was welcome in with a hello. I order a Bahama Mama Tropical Smoothie I received my order within 1-5 minutes and it was delicious. I’ll be back to try some other menu items.
My only Con is price, $8.50 for a smoothie is a bit much, my opinion.

I’ve ordered from this location since they’ve opened but I’m getting super annoyed at this point! First when I tasted my Island Green smoothie, it was off, but I put it off as them putting a little too much coconut water…..then I open my turkey bacon sandwich, to not see the add ons I paid for (spinach) so I called, and they relay that they are out of spinach so when I was sitting there waiting for my order in-store this could not have been communicated? Because, mind you, my smoothie is supposed to contain spinach as well…….and please don’t take this as me bashing the restaurant or crew I just think I, as a paying customer, warrant more communication than was initially given. Can’t leave work now, I guess I just have to deal with it

I wanted so much to enjoy this new place. The very first order was great. We did have to wait about 35 minutes even after ordering online. 2nd, 3rd,and 4th visit were unprofessional & very slow. Sadly all 3 of the last visits my orders were wrong. I ordered online and even when I walked in to get it 20 minutes later, they still hadn’t made my order and I reminded them no cheese no ranch. I should have checked it before I left because each time my order was incorrect. I’ll be deleting the app. I’ve already wasted too much time and money on this new establishment.

1st time ever in Tropical Smoothie Cafe and was amazing. 1st order was the kids Jetty Jr, Turkey and cheddar( I got Swiss instead) wrap, and kale apple slaw… Amazing.. 2nd order was the Beach Bum with dark chocolate… I wish I could give a 10 star.

I am very pleased to have Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Orangeburg. I decided to eat cleaner and have eatten here every day since they opened. Having this option in town is perfect!
I’m reading the low reviews and I’m honestly very surprised by them. I have only received excellent service and great food. My only complaint is NOT with the cafe. The parking is inadequate and once the other fooderies open on the hill (Magnolia Village) I’m not sure how things will work out but — there’s always delivery.
