My husband and I went through the drive through Thursday morning for breakfast. It was a pleasant experience until we got our food. He had to pick off the burned bagel areas from his sandwich. It’s bad enough you pay a lot of money now anywhere you go to eat, but you shouldn’t get burnt food either! Won’t be going back here.

Imagine a McDonald’s being run by 14 and 15 year old high school students; this is it. I placed an order online, via the app, 15 min before arriving at the restaurant. While I was in the drive through to pick it up, I waited 5 min before they told me to pull into a spot and wait. Then, a girl came out 10 min later asking what I ordered, and I told her my order number and what I ordered. She came back out 15 min later to ask the same question again, not sure if she didn’t speak English or what was going on with her. I then walked into the restaurant to speak to a manager about the slow service and to request a refund for the food, since obviously they weren’t preparing it nor had any idea what I ordered. When I walked in the entire local softball team was in there asking for “free” food from a worker, which could explain the delays in the paying customers experience. Along with that, there was at least 5, 15 year old students working, none of which looked like they knew what they were doing. The manager was helpful and provided a refund, along the food, but I still wasted an hr of my day for McDonald’s and feel like this coulda been prevented if I dealt with someone with an ounce of responsibility when taking and dealing with orders. I’m not from this area, nor will I ever come back. Be warned that this location is truly run by the local high school and almost reminded me of a cafeteria in school, being truly disorganized.

Why is it hardddd? Everytime I come there is an issue, if it’s today, it takes the cashier literally 6 min to understand we wanted a number 1 combo with black iced coffee and a number 2 with black hot coffee. Got two number 1s with a milky iced coffee.
If the order isn’t wrong, they send you up to the second window and forget about you entirely until you go inside and they remake your meal. Sad.

Orders a Mcchicken and an ice cream cone. The Mcchicken was fresh and hot. Wasn’t made sloppily either. The ice cream was sweet and fresh. It even came with a cup so it wouldn’t spill. Though the employee did take some time it was worth it

Well, to start, I think we can all agree that a burger should at least be warm, right? That’s not the case at the Groveland location. This is the second time I’ve purchased food from there. The first time the sandwiches were cold she lo and behold, cold burgers again. Either the folks in there don’t know or they don’t care. I’ll go with they don’t care. The food is extremely over priced for what you get at McDonald’s! $18 for two double cheeseburgers, large Coke and a fry. It wasn’t worth. $0.18! McDonald’s, if your going to buy take people for little burgers, atleast make them hot!

Food usually takes awhile to receive. Half the time I get some grumpy person in drive thru who doesnt even greet me. They just open the window and hold their hand out for my card or rushing to give me my food. Food is usually hit or miss. Peek hours you will get fresh. Non peek hours will be dried out and soggy Fry’s. Don’t forget to always ask for napkins there are never any in my bag! Oh and soda usually dripping all over the sides of cup.

It’s never a pleasant experience when I come here. Staff always acts like they never wanna be there. The drive-through line is always so long because the workers take forever in the drive-through. Every-time time you ask for sauce, they never put it in the bag and then when you ask for the sauce, they act like ur a nuisance to them. I get it having a fast food job as a teenager sucks but the service here is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never seen them smile I’ve never seen anyone have a good attitude. Only reason why I come to this location is because it’s convenient to where I live but honestly after today there’s just so many better places you can go to. Hell, Taco Bell around the corner have better employees and service than this place.

When I went to the drive thru to order a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes obviously greeting them the lady tell me to go to the second window to get my Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and I’ve waited for about 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten my food yet and me seeing people behind me getting their Big Breakfast before I do until I have to call the store and told them I haven’t gotten my food yet for about 30 minutes until they finally brought it out. This is unacceptable you should not have to wait to get your food for “30 minutes” and shouldn’t have to call them in order to get your food that’s not very professional on their part.
