Ordered 2 identical iced coffees this morning and when we got to the pickup window they handed us the large iced coffee almost overflowing WITH NO LID and said “we don’t have any lids for this because of the whipped cream so we couldn’t put one on.” they didn’t even offer a flat lid they just handed it to us like this. Not to mention the coffees themselves weren’t made correctly even after going over the order multiple times over the speaker and at the window. This is the only McDonald’s in the area that can’t seem to get a coffee order right and now you’re handing people in cars coffees with no lids and the management thinks this is acceptable? This is absolutely ridiculous and the manager that stood right there and watched the girl hand this cup out the window needs to be fired, if you can’t figure out how to fill the cup and still get a lid on if you’re out of domes then maybe this isn’t the job for you.

When you order a cheeseburger plain… you still put the cheese on the cheeseburger! Both cheeseburgers in the cheeseburger wrappers with the receipt that says cheeseburger have no cheese on them. Where do you find these people? Who trains them? Why does this have to be pointed out?

The place is neat. Have a Childrens play area. Service is quick. One problem I had was I am not able to use the QR code from McDonald’s app. Both on the counter and the kosik machine.

You cannot really say anything bad about a McDonald’s unless the ice cream machine is broken. Today was a good day for this location. We had been at the beach at Fred Howard park for about 3 hours, it was still hot outside and on the way home, we stopped for ice cream. It was the perfect treat on a hot day. One thing else that my daughter likes is the ice water. Not sure why, but my daughter always wants me to ask for a free cup of ice water. I did a taste test. McDonald’s ice water vs. bottled water and she was right… McDonald’s water did have a certain very good taste to it. Anyway, food was good, service was fast and the staff we met were friendly… we will be back, I am sure of it.

(Orginial Review) Hey, I want to thank you guys for giving us all charred and burnt burgers. Came for lunch and saw this when I got home, and my girlfriends burgers were the same. Immediately contacted mcdonalds and got no response. This is disgusting and you should be ashamed to send this out to your customers. We come here enough and I think I’ll stop now.

I drove up to the drive-thru and place my order. I pulled up to the first window and pay for my order. I received the receipt that had an order number on it. Drove up to the second window. Was told to park and wait for my order to be brought out. I parked and waited. As I was waiting with others that were waiting, a couple of employees came out with a few orders, no order slips on any bags. At which point they begin to rifle through the bags with their bare hands. Talking into the bag asking “what did you order?”. All the while rifling through the bag, talking into the bag. All while standing in the open air parking lot next to multiple vehicles.
