Raw uncooked chicken nuggets and a terrible service from the Nightshift Manager young girl with glasses, has a terrible attitude and no manners whatsoever terrible cx service skills she doesn’t greet you she doesn’t even look at you when handing ur food this is the third time she gives me my order and my fries are upside down all over the bag I provided her with my code with a free cheese burger and they take my points but don’t give me the burger General manager should definitely try to fix this I am a tarpon local and I would prefer to drive to a different location really bad service overall.

Everything was made to order and the staff was very kind and helpful towards my odd request! Food was fresh fries were great coke was cold and carbonated . One employee stood out , w a hi vis on helped me with my order and let the kitchen staff know early what to expect on the screen . 12:22pm 10/02/2025.

Everytime we go nere something is always wrong this time yall forgot a fry and when we brought it to the workers attention they argued with us we didn’t even realize you left put all the sauces for the large order of nuggets. Please do better it was a mobile order so there’s no excuses

Came here to get a quick bite while we were on the way home and was nervous the line was going to take forever (6 cars ahead of us). I’m not joking when I say ALL of us were out of the drivethru in less than 5 minutes total. Food was hot and staff was super nice!

Chicken nuggets and all the food were steaming hot. We ate inside and let the kids play in the playhouse. Staff was good. It wasn’t dirty but it could have been a little cleaner. We were in the kids area and the tables could have used a wipe down but they weren’t horrible. One of the better McDonald’s.

I usually order thru the app and via outside p/u or drive thru. On the rare occasion I’ve been in the store, it has always been immaculate. I had stopped going to this Taarpon location because fir a long period of time the staffing was really awful re (order errors, , not friendly or accommodating, which I blame on mgmt at that time. I recently visited them again to see if things improved and they have, 100%.

The woman at the front rudely demanded I use the kiosk and when I asked if I’m able to pay cash there she ignored me. I had to ask again much louder for a second lady to give me an answer. The rude woman seemed to be a manager with a pink bow and braided ponytail.

Been renovating our new house and needed a quick bite at 11:30pm on a Tuesday while driving in between houses. Freshest food I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s! Both of us agreed. And the sauces were all in the bag – y’all know the importance of this!! Also staff were very friendly through the drive through.

Bunch of unprofessional children working here. One of the girls who was answering the drive thru, was too busy laughing with the boys in the kitchen to take my order, while the other girl is moving the other side of the drive thru. It took 10 minutes for a coffee, while the manager was acting just as unprofessional. The girl then proceeded to give me attitude after I answered her frustrated when she has asked me 3 TIMES if I was “using my mobile order?”
