The majority of the time I come to this location, my order is messed up. Most of the time, it’s missing items that I paid for. Now they’re switching it up. They’re charging me for items I didn’t order. A couple of weeks ago, they sold me two happy meals when I ordered one. Today, they sold me two quarter pounder meals when I only ordered one. If you want a really good example of why we shouldn’t raise our minimum wage, eat your lunch here. This location has a handful of good employees, but the rest of them seem like they have IQ’s that are room temperature. Unfortunately, I’m a fat boy and I love McDonald’s so I’ll be back.

3 times now I’ve gone here and they’ve messed up everything every time. The first time I got a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle with no sausage and I got a sausage egg and cheese bisket, the second time I got a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle no sausage and an extra egg I got two sausage patties and cheese on the mcgriddle no egg, and finally I ordered a Carmel frappe and an oreo frappes they Said it back to me had me park then brought two carmels when informed that one was supposed to be oreo he gave me the less full one! The service here is ridiculous and nothing is ever right and it’s always chaotic.

Always forget something with my order.. had to go back in this morning cause they forgot my hash browns. I only ordered an egg McMuffin and 2 hash browns… Older lady at the pay window is amazing and the best! The people at the other window seems like they want no place in working there. Poor attitudes.

I don’t know the lady that seemed to be running the show this mother’s day morning but I applaud her. She kept things moving and was pleasant and demonstrated strong leadership skills. I don’t see this very often and I didn’t get her name but she was wearing a red shirt. If I had cash on me I would have given her a tip just for being the way she was with customers and your staff. Great job all around. Wish there were more like you!

Went to this McDonalds on 19N in Spring Hill, FL. Ordered a happy meal for my grandson, after verifying the order at the drive thru speaker, once to the window, had to ask for the apple slices, they said they didnt have them, they subsituted fries, had to ask for a straw for the quarter pounder meal for the coke which I bought for the homeless man on the corner of their property that had a sign which read hungry. And we didnt get the apple juice with the $8.99 happy meal. Really? When I go thru the drive thru, and they confirm my order, and when I get up there, and the order I get differs from my order, and I dont get the juice that comes with the meal, thats incompetence. Well, I hope the homeless gentleman enjoyed his meal. I should have gone back and made them refund me, but this is why we go thru the drivethru.

At the time of my visit this location was busy, so I was understanding, until it was my turn to order in the drive thru. I waited 5mins without anyone speaking to me or responding to my “hello” so now I am getting annoyed and I was just about to pull away and they take my order…. like I just pulled up. Then when they hand me my food it was aggressive and again I wasn’t spoken to. Some of my food was under cooked. If they had simply said just a moment and I’ll be with you, my patience would have lasted longer. Very rude, won’t come here again.

The fries were nice and hot so they tasted good. The cheeseburgers could have been a little warmer. It was quicker to go in and order to go than waiting in the drive-thru line. If we’re not in a hurry it doesn’t matter.

This was hands down the absolute worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to. Do not, under any circumstances go to this McDonald’s unless you want to wait 45 minutes for your food only to be told they already gave your food to someone else then wait another 15 for them to make the correct order. My family in the car in front of us had each of their 4 orders messed up entirely as well and had to wait a long time to receive the correct order too. Just simply the worst customer service I’ve experienced in YEARS. Booooo!!!

I absolutely cannot stand going here. It has gotten so bad lately. The staff is always so miserable, and yelling at each other. If there is an issue, then the staff should be pulled to the side and spoke with in private and not in front of customers.
