The service was fast, they were super friendly. However, there was black mold growing on the inside of the ice dispenser that you could see from the drive through. This is very alarming and shows that it is not cleaned properly.

We ordered curbside pickup through the app. Within 10 min we pulled up. The app then stated “no spot was provided please go to the counter or utilize the drive through”. We went to the drive through as i did not want to have to pull the kids out of the car. We waited another 5 minutes before we got to the speaker. I shared what the app said and I got a response of “well your order number is supposed to have letters in it” I explained that it was a curbside order but the app wasn’t functioning. She said there was no order. We then pulled around and went in. We asked 3 different people for help. The last one said, “your food has been sitting here for 45 minutes. I threw it away.” My order was placed at 1:21, we left at 1:45 after the lady stated “it has to get refunded” and walked away. At that point, I walked out, no food, no refund. I guess I will be calling later when they are not as busy and running around without a glimpse of organization.

The drive thru was terrible service. When taking my order was also talking with another customer was cut off several times going over my order. Asked for it large sized meal when finally got to pick up window drink was a medium than a large. Said the person medium sized the drink than large sized it. Then when i got home to eat it. They messed up making the mc rib and burger. So if yoir going thru the drive thru at this location. Before pulling up. Have them 1st show you everything on the screen is correct and they repeat the order then when you get your food check it all out before leaving. Besure they made it correct.

At 11:22PM on a Saturday, with Google very much showing the drive-through is open till midnight, they had an automated message come on the speaker that said “oh sorry! we are currently closed.” And then! the best part was the four other cars in front of me, in the drive-through line, being served. I normally don’t complain or leave reviews even, but this McDonald’s is consistently doing this. They always have their lights off outside around the whole building when it’s dark, trying to indicate that they’re closed (when they’re very much open) and that’s in the morning & or at night. It’s just really frustrating.

Ordered tonight through Uber Eats: 3 piece chicken strip meal with fries plus buffalo sauce and honey mustard, a Diet Coke, a large Coke, large lemonade, and large fry with buffalo sauce.
We received ONE FRY, the 3 strips, no sauce, no straws, no lemonade, a bacon cheeseburger, and 3 cheeseburgers with extra pickle, plus a frozen coffee drink. So part of our order was missing and got someone else’s order. My daughter is expecting and hasn’t eaten all day and was craving fries with buffalo sauce:(. I got a full refund from Uber eats but this order was TOTALLY botched.

This is by far the worst mcdonald’s for fries. The fries are always cold and stale, like they’ve been sitting there for a while.
This place is dirty and disgusting.

We shouldn’t have to make the same complaint twice. Maybe if you hired some decent people, with morals and standards, you wouldn’t have this problem. Anyone who has been here knows what Im talking about.
Maybe you need the health department to stop by and tell you about yourself and shut the place down. I guarantee there is food sitting at unsafe temperatures and mold growing on the drink machines.
Just fix the problems!

Well it’s McDonald’s they got my food ready and I received it quickly. It’s not a bad place it’s McDonald’s ain’t no clowns. I’m sure some employees may act like clowns but otherwise it’s the same everyone you visit just maybe better service

It’s like these people don’t want to be open. You might as well just close at 10, They make you go to the last window to do your order every time I come here after 10 they have all their signs and lights off. It’s literally like they’re trying to trick people in the thinking they’re closed. Asks me my order, then has to ask me again because she was literally on her phone instead of listening to my order. This night crew is GOD AWFUL.

Sat in the store after kiosk order inside dine in option. Picked up the table number and waited. And waited. 30 min later I go to the counter my food was sitting in a bag never called my name never brought my food like there supposed to. The receipt was in the bag so you couldn’t see who it was for. The manager says sorry were busy. 2 cold coffees supposed to be hot 3 cold fries 3 soggy bread sandwiches $35. Best fries hot worst fries cold everyone knows.Unacceptable.
