I think 10 minutes at a drive-through for one sandwich with only one vehicle in front of me was way too long. They weren’t busy. I don’t know what the holdup was, but I literally timed it.

I was given This Tuesday night 8/1, I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal. I got home and started to eat and Inside my Burger is completely raw! So I then called McDonald’s in crystal river and spoke to Manager who then apologized and put my “name” in the book to have my meal replaced. Went up there 8/2 and they refused to replace my meal, said they could give me a free meal… like umm excuse me I PAID for that meal and didn’t even get to eat it! With that being said trying to find corporates number( not easy to find anymore) Shame on you for stealing money from your customers and a Hard working single mom ♀️ lost my business that’s for sure!

Don’t usually go out of my way to leave bad reviews especially for a fast food place. But just about every time I come here my order is messed up, patties not on the bun at all, missing ingredients, missing condiments forgetting drinks, putting a single pickle on when I order extra but this is ridiculous. The first time I got the mccrispy here they put the smallest amount of sauce on it, so I requested extra. Well this is deffinetly extra. Most of the sauce and lettuce were in the box when we got it. And the slimy half peices of tomato were a nice touch. Couldn’t even hold it together with my hands.

This is a nice new store… But it was very disgustingly dirty. Bathrooms overflowing no Tissue Paper in ladies restrooms. Garbage cans overflowing onto floor in dining room, countertops have not been cleaned in what looks like a great while. There we’re only myself and may two other here while I had to wait 18-20 minutes for them to clean the espresso machine so I could purchase 2-Ice coffees.

I ordered a bacon chicken sandwich no bacon and nobody said anything to me about it @2.49 for a couple pieces I have to wait 20 minutes French fries were cold enough and all I keep hearing is I thought somebody was going to come and tell you. For the first time visiting a McDonald’s I didn’t like the food.. they kept getting food returned from unhappy customers and said it was because they were understaffed. This would have been a valid excuse if this was only now but if you read the reviews this has been an issue for months. The leave little adds on the table that you can order at the table and it will be brought to you but they didn’t bring anything you have to get it yourself.

This location is definitely not open 24 hours as stated here. I’ve tried going as early as 11pm and even though staff seemed to be in the building, they would not respond to the drive thru speaker. 3 employees were standing outside the front door and when I tried to ask from my car if they were open they completely ignored me and continued talking amongst themselves. Hours need to be adjusted for people with overnight schedules who want to pick up a hot meal.

Claims to be open 24 hours… it’s Friday night at 11:30 and they are completely shut down. Needs to change their hours to reflect their actual hours. As for their food, it’s sub par at best and could be best described as pure garbage, like definitely not following McDonald’s guidelines for food quality or service. Highly recommend avoiding when they are actually open.
