Had an awesome experience at this McDonald’s today. The whole staff was friendly and quick, and everything came out fresh and hot , honestly some of the best quality I’ve had from any McDonald’s.

Huge shoutout to the manager, Johnathan Mernard. You can tell he really cares about the place. He was checking on customers, helping his team, and keeping everything running smooth. It makes a big difference.

Great service, great food. I’ll definitely be coming back.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. My question, where is the management at this location? No one at the drive through window to collect money. After waiting several minutes he asked what i ordered and i paid my bill. I pull up to the second window and someone else asks me to pay (same total as before) I explain that I already paid at the first window. The man begins to scream profanities to the rest of the staff (men and woman) and carries on with the profanities to himself while I was still patiently waiting for our order. I was then asked again what I ordered. Was handed the wrong order. I handed back the drinks and food. Then ANOTHER person asks me to repeat my two person order and i was given the correct drinks and food. Meanwhile the profanity was still happening and was being directed to the man who took my order initially and to the woman handing me the correct order. I asked her if HE was the manager who was doing all the yelling and swearing, she said no. Food was cold, terrible, and I’ll honestly never go back to this location.

Attempted breakfast there. As you can see my sandwich was burnt. When we got to the second window we weren’t even greeted. We were supposed to get a water with our meal but that was obviously too much to ask for. We had to wait and hold up the line for 5 mins before someone opened the window so we could get the water.

Went here at 9 pm, waited so long in the drive thru that myself and the car in front of us shut our vehicles off because of how long it took. When we finally got to the window after what feels like 20 minutes, he had to grab payment from the back, which you never do because that’s highly suspicious but we waited this long so committed. Food tasted like it was made hours ago, which begs the question why did we wait for 20 minutes to be served. Place is a dump

I had an amazing morning and came in with my regular church crowd. I got my food way faster service was better and the staff was friendlier. I met the new manager, Jonathan very handsome young man with a great attitude and good customer service we will be back next week

We stopped in and had their big deal which was an awesome meal. It came with nuggets, a double burger and fries and a drink for a very low $6. So if you’re in a hurry and you want a great meal, stop into McDonald’s.

Literally everytime I come here they keep switching the hot mustard for the spicy buffalo sauce. So I call today after I already made it home and the lady is like yea no it’s on the menu we have it. Why do they keep switching it then??

We stopped here on our way home from Clearwater, FL. We ordered two burgers off the value menu and ordered a couple of Caramel Macchiato’s. The Macchiato’s, not so great. The burgers were fine. Unfortunately for us, we left our credit card there and drove home, an hour and a half away in North Florida.

The following morning we realized the card was missing and that we must have left it at that McDonald’s. We called and spoke with Britney. She was amazing; very reassuring. She did everything she said she would do to help us find it and kept in contact with us as she said she would.

Later in the day, she called and said she located it, that she would set it aside for us, and that we could come and pick it up. With that, we headed out. When we arrived we thanked her personally and ordered our dinner, which was even better than the night before…

Forgot my 2 year old son’s happy meal, so of course he freaks out. Our food was ice cold, even though I ordered the fries with no salt. So I called and ya everyone is very sorry, but that doesn’t fix a 30 minute trip back and forth to pick the food up and get our food from this store’s mistake.

I think 10 minutes at a drive-through for one sandwich with only one vehicle in front of me was way too long. They weren’t busy. I don’t know what the holdup was, but I literally timed it.
Sandwich had none of the onions and a tiny bit of sauce- normally my favorite breakfast sandwich- not this time
