Oh so crazy here! Busy Saturday morning. Waited 25 minutes but got a free apple pie. Poor guy didn’t know register, count money and taking orders. Im not sure if he’s gonna make it here. Manager “Jimmy” was not a happy camper in the least. I’ll be back but hopefully quicker service.

On Christmas Eve, I visited this McDonald’s with my family and had a very disappointing experience with an employee who stated he was the manager, named JIMMY.
From the moment we reached the ordering speaker, he was extremely rude huffing and puffing as if he didn’t want to take our order. He failed to mention that frappes were unavailable at the speaker and instead waited until we reached the second window to tell us.
When I asked for a refund, he said he was unable to provide one and insisted he could only offer a different drink or refund only the drinks because the food was already made. He continued arguing with me until another manager came to the window and instructed him to issue my full refund.
Another employee even mentioned that this behavior is common for him and that it wasn’t just me.
This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue at this location. I’ve always received excellent customer service here, which is why this experience was so disappointing. If JIMMY truly lacks customer service skills, he should not be in a management position or even better should not be working at a place where he has interaction with people. Employees like this negatively impact McDonald’s reputation and take away from what is usually a great location.

Went through the drive thru, line was empty, took over 5 minutes for someone to come on the intercom, asked for a Oreo McFlurry was cut off with the statement, “no there is no Oreo mcflurry” rudely, then I asked if there is no McFlurrys or just no ice cream and the person snapped back at me stating rudely and loudly there is no ice cream. I left and did not order anything further because that type of disrespect is not acceptable.

The best people and place ever!! The people who work here are absolutely wonderful, hard working , and kind people, they really make a difference. Great people and the food is delicious here and everything was perfect, this mcdonalds is great in every way

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. Ordered breakfast before 10:30 and waited till almost 11:00 to get it and I would not have gotten it if I would not have insisted. Other people were waiting more than 40 minutes. They said we don’t want to make Mcmuffins. Do you want your money back? I said no. I paid for a muffin and that’s what I want! Numerous people were asking for the manager and the manager absolutely refused to come out front so I don’t even know what the manager’s name was. It was a lady . It was totally the most worthless experience we have ever had at any fast food ever and nobody seemed to be in any type of hurry. Everybody present this morning needs to be FIRED and this place needs to shut their doors if they can’t serve food.

There are some dark-skinned women working there who treat you like dirt. I wanted to ask about my order, and they completely ignored me and took the orders from the last people who arrived first. They’re rude and unfriendly; the atmosphere is hostile thanks to the employees.

Recommend you only do drive-thru at this location. Lobby or curbside wait is 3x or longer.

Absolutely ridiculous I waited 15 min in line when I was the first car bc they have 2 drive thrus but took everyone in the other lane: but hey it’s McDonalds what do you expect besides that. I kept asking for help on the speaker but nothing so I left.
