BY FAR THE WORST WAFFLE HOUSE IN AMERICA. The food took too long to receive and it was disgusting grits were…. I don’t even care to explain. Mrs Tammy had all the tables and received no help. I most definitely WON’T BE GOING BACK. Places like this don’t deserve any stars as it was an awful experience. I almost forgot my waffle was burnt twice the third time I asked for it to go. I truly was excited to have waffle house for breakfast however the disappointment eliminated the excitement rather quickly. Guest came in to order take out orders they sent them to the QR code instead of offering assistance. The manager it was a guy he sat guest and didn’t even clean the tables. He waited for the server to clean it! There is so much more to say regarding my short time there but I will complete my review by saying that it was BAD

I don’t think I could ever give a waffle house a bad review. We visited from Minnesota and don’t have a waffle house so it’s always a breakfast treat when we visit the south. You can’t go wrong with their chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, and coffee. The experience is fanatatic and their staff was super nice. Thanks for a solid breakfast before our flight back home!

Very poor service. Tables were dirty with leftover food and dishes, no greeting or acknowledgment from staff despite several employees present. We waited with no attention and left. Went to another Waffle House nearby and had a great experience there.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Waffle House. When we arrived, all the available tables were very dirty — with leftover food, dirty dishes, and cups still on them. We sat down anyway, expecting someone to greet us or at least acknowledge us, as is common at other Waffle House locations.
There were at least five staff members visible in the kitchen, walking by multiple times, but no one greeted us, cleaned the table, or told us they would be with us soon. We sat there for quite a while and received no attention at all. It felt like they simply had no interest in serving us.
It was disappointing and frustrating, so we decided to leave and went to another Waffle House nearby, where we were warmly greeted, seated at a clean table, and served without any issues. This location could definitely improve its customer service and cleanliness.

Visited from Hawaii and was greatly impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. I love Waffle House and felt at peace while eating my hash brown bowl and chocolate chip waffle. Coffee had a great temperature too.

I absolutely love the waffle house. If you want that down home southern style breakfast, I truly recommend Waffle House. The service is great, and the atmosphere is an absolute vibe. The staff are very down to earth and friendly. The are not fake and keep it real.

Bar none the worst Waffle House I have been to, and I like Waffle House. I have been to them all over the country. Despite seeming to have more staff than usual for a WH, this is the slowest one I have seen for both getting seated and serving food. I waited 20 minutes for my food. Based on the temperature it arrived at, it had been sitting on the counter for five minutes before being brought to me. I got 90% of a waffle, like they didn’t put enough batter in the machine.
