You’re promoting that ordering in the app saves time but I fail to understand the logic here. You close the dining room and turned off curb side service. Now we have a backed up drive thru that takes literally OVER AN HOUR to get through. I’m so glad I placed my order through the app, it’s saved me…oh wait. Nope, I definitely fail to see the time saving logic here. I’ve been forced to sit at the speaker box for 13+ minutes, I may as well give my order verbally, I’m here anyways…

Shut the building down if y’all can’t service people right we paying money for food it should not be cold. Minor grievance, but they never go in priority of who arrived first on the 2 drive through lanes. I sat there at the intercom and watched 2 cars order on the other lane before they took my order. Also the wait was pretty long for breakfast

Considering I payed $10 for 2 large fries and both of them were filled exactly like this, and on top of that the lady infront of me they did the same to her and she went to go complain this is what I got but it’s just ridiculous I work at a McDonald’s in Sarasota and I would never serve anyone this and they were cold too I was like not on my dime and I ORDERED 40 NUGGETS THEY GAVE ME 20 NUGGETS and im sorry but there was so many ppl in the front I wanna say atleast 4-5 ppl and it’s just so annoying I’m mad, but yet they still added all the sauces.

This morning, I placed an order for breakfast, specifically requesting two caramel coffees, two hash browns, and a steak and egg sandwich on a bagel. Upon arriving at the drive-through window, the staff appeared somewhat disoriented regarding my order and instructed me to park and wait. I complied, and when they approached my vehicle, they inquired if I had received my order. I informed them that I had not and reiterated my order details. When my order was eventually delivered, it contained only one coffee and an incorrect sandwich. I am not attempting to rush anyone; however, I question the efficacy of a menu-based ordering system if the final delivery consistently deviates from the requested items due to communication breakdowns.

When I was in the drive through the lady taking our order wasn’t listening we had to repeat our order several times. They took her off the register n a man took over, when we got our food n drinks I gave my coffee back because it wasnt how I asked it .then I get my food n it looks like this.very disappointed

It is what it is. A McDonald’s with employees going through the motions. Every now and then you will get a nice one. Food has old taste like a tough bun lid, sitting in a warmer nuggets, you get the picture.

The self-service ordering kiosks are currently inoperable, resulting in extended wait times. Consequently, I was unable to redeem my coupon within the designated timeframe and will need to visit an alternative establishment.

I’ve had a couple of experiences with one of the female cashiers where it’s been difficult to pick up DoorDash orders. She tends to overlook drivers and refers to ‘protocol,’ but the other cashiers here are always helpful, so I don’t think it’s the store’s policy. I’ve also noticed she can be a bit short with customers — for example, asking medium or large and then repeating it in a rude tone if they didn’t hear her. I wanted to share this so management is aware, because every other interaction I’ve had here has been positive.
