We order food at today, drove 20 minutes to get home. Opened the food to find a bug that resemble a beetle on the cheese. Talked to the manager, she was not helpful, she said will only do a $25 credit. I asked if she could get the food delivered and take back the food to show proof. She said no they don’t do that. She would not give me her name but had a thick accent. If Corporate is reading this please have your restaurant checked and talk with your management staff about keeping everything sanitized. I included a picture of the food and receipt.

Chloe is seriously one of the best employees I’ve ever come across at any restaurant, not just at Tom & Jerry’s. Every time I’ve been there and she’s working, the service is top-tier. She’s friendly, quick, and you can tell she actually cares about the customers having a good experience.
She stays on top of everything even when it’s busy, and she still takes the time to check on people and make sure everything is right. That kind of service is rare these days.
Employees like Chloe are a big reason people keep coming back. If every place had someone like her working there, eating out would be a lot better everywhere. Tom & Jerry’s is lucky to have her.

I walked in and reviewed the menu. Abby asked if I had been helped and paused her job to ring me out, Great customer service. I might have went a little overboard with my order. But it was not a disappointment. Good sized salad, with a side of 9 wings.

Danielle took my order and made my tea fresh, felt like going that extra mile to me. Pie set out as impulse buys on the inside is pure brilliance, for a burger chicken, and hotdog joint. Stopped in for lunch, it’s got a lot more than burgers. Have to stop back in to try the menu. Everything tasted home made and made to rave about.

Was fresh, tasteful and hot! The staff was friendly and helpful! Hailey and Olivia were awesome with their customer service. While Alyliah kept up with the tables, garbage and floor! All three ladies came by our table to check on how things were. Which is a HUGE plus in the fast food industry! I definitely don’t ever see that around anymore. Only downside was it was too cold to sit for too long inside and be comfortable to eat, so eat fast!
