The employees are super nice and food always tastes fresh (for fast food). My only complaint is that when you get food with sauce like the burrito or the pancakes, do not leave the window without checking for them! 50/50 the sauce/syrup are not in the bag! Other than that, I have no other complaints!

No question this is, bar none, the worst McDonald’s in Southwest Florida. And they don’t care because they don’t have to: They are the only fast food restaurant on Marco Island and most tourists will be long gone before they realize their orders were messed up.

Extra fees now for Cheese on Biscuit sand…. And extra if you want orange juice with your breakfast meal. Total for two meal “deals” is now $24!!! Never again will we purchase from McDonalds. I could get 2 steak and egg breakfasts at local diner for less. In the takeout line they ask if we want cheese on our Sausage Biscuit with egg. When I mention picture shows price and photo of meal with cheese, answer: still 20 cents more. Now the McDonalds saying they ALWAYS charged extra to put cheese on a breakfast sandwiches. I say BS. good-bye McDonalds.

Been here 3 times this week. Terrible customer service. They don’t understand English enough to take an order. No silverware given, had to ask for jelly, and our cups, messed up my coffee one day, messed up my tea the next day. Overcharged me when I purchased the bundle meals. It’s really really bad!!

The day crew is fine, but the dinner/night crew is horrific. We tend to get takeout after kids ballgames if it’s too late to cool. We have tried this McD 4x and got 4 wrong orders. Actually 5 wrong orders in 4 visits. We have a mustard allergy in our house and needless to say our burger order with no mustard had mustard. Luckily we noticed before a bite was taken. We went back and explained the situation. They were apologetic and immediately made a replacement. However, when we got home again, the burgers had mustard on them…again. It’s not only careless, it’s also dangerous. Go anywhere else.
