Had a really good night crew tonight going through the drive thru. I’ve had issues in the past where they really burned my fila-fish but haven’t had that happen in a while, and tonight they really nailed it.
Two really nice young mexican men working there, the drive thru guy said have a good night and having gotten off work myself I appreciated it. And the one at the window gave me lots of ketchup when I asked.

Food as expected for a McDonalds
Service was very slow. I think only two people were working the whole place and prioritizing drove thru vs a line forming inside.
I’ve seen cleaner McDonald’s but again that may have been staffing.
The two workers were very nice though.

It was , what was expected. It was clean,not a fan of their kiosk ordering.just got a plain old hamburger,asked for x tra onions,could only find what looked like less onions than if i asked for the regular amount?Don’t have a clue how they managed to get such a small amount of katsup and mustard on there?why even bother?McDonalds gets more disappointing with every ,occasional visit.I will say they were kinda busy?Even I may try again in a few months,in hopes that they catch on and improve the food quality.

Burgers came a bit greasier than I’d expect but were very tasty, no complaints there.
Went in at 9.30pm and it was quiet, five customers including us. A few tables were left in a mess by previous customers and really should have been cleaned up, as I said it was quiet and no one at drive thru. Bins by the front door were full though not to the point of overflowing.
Generally disappointing but could so easily but rectified with little effort.

Went last night with my family after my little brother had a basketball game and the workers were being extremely rude we got to the drive thru and they rudely said how we were 5 feet apart from the speaker and then said “what you don’t know what 5 feet is?” when they could’ve just asked us nicely to speak up or move closer, and then my mom said something and they mocked her. We ended up leaving because of how rude they were. We called the place to notify the managers but no one answered, we did leave a voice mail.

This mcdonalds, sucks. I was there today and yesterday, something happened both days. I was made to wait for two spicky mcchickens, one fry and small drink, for over 20 minutes. What is going on? Everyone that came in after me were getting their orders. And they also got mcchickens i dont think I will be back to this locations. I didnt even get an a apology

Disgusting. All tables are dirty, almost all chairs have 1 missing foot so they wobble, staff all but require you to use kiosk to order (which, at McDonald’s, takes 3 times as long as if they would just take the order at the register). Horrible experience. Unfortunately, now the only fast food on the island.

This was the worst McDonald I have dealt with, I received a McChicken overcooked with just 1 pickle on it. Husband got a double cheeseburger with 1 cheese and lots of ketchup and no or very little mustard. I am not a complainer however this is not the first time I’ve had trouble with this McDonald

Terrible service, nobody even in the kitchen or behind the counter . I ordered my meal more than 15 minutes ago and still haven’t got it. I was just told by the manager who says her and everybody else’s name is Marie , that I should’ve went somewhere else if I didn’t wanna wait over 20 minutes for a hamburger
