I’ve had a couple issues with this location recently, once when I asked for no onions and they put extra onions on it — then they just scraped some off instead of remaking the burger, but the issue yesterday was huge. I’ve added pictures. There was a BONE in my nugget. You can see where it was in the nugget (purple area). I chipped a tooth on it because I bit down on it, not expecting a BONE to be in a nugget! I submitted a concern to corporate and just got a “we’re sorry, thanks for the feedback” message. So gross.

Stopped by around 7:45pm 1/14 to grab a coffee for the long night, they refused to make a hot coffee stating the machine was cleaned and they are no longer preparing hot coffee, they offered me an iced or frappe but that wasn’t what I was looking for. My family decided we would drive into the cape to get a coffee from the McDonald’s off del prado, they prepared a hot coffees for us and even apologized for the fort myers location not servicing us!

Food is 50/50 on being okay. The staff makes you feel like you’re such a burden. Drive thru staff not listening or understanding and they get frustrated if you have to repeat yourself one time. Pay window employee is on her phone cursing with someone talking about their personal drama, food window no one says a word even if you say hello or thank you.

I can look past all this terrible service, but when the fries are ice cold, soda is flat, I’m missing items, and the one combo you ordered is wrong, It’s laughably bad. I give up with this McDonald’s, and they do not care, hence the terrible experience. At least the landscapers do a good job.

WHY DOES LASHONDA AND JULIAN HAVE TO APOLOGIZE REPEATEDLY BC YOU REFUSE TO STIR EVERY ICED COFFEE EVERY.SINGLE.DAY?!?! WHYYYY!!??!! WHAT’S GOING ON, ROBERT?!?!

Thank you Lashonda and Lauren for always making an amazing iced coffee that hits!! And Julian, he doesn’t listen to you so maybe he’ll listen to Corporate bc it’s just outta hand at this point!!!

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. The chicken nuggets were served undercooked, and the ice cream was completely melted. When we asked the staff for a replacement, they laughed as if it were a joke, which felt extremely unprofessional and rude.

There was only one staff member who was polite and apologized, even though the situation wasn’t her fault. This place used to be fine, but the current team handling the foods and services really need improvement.

Using the mobile order a place an order on January 29 10:23 AM it just as I pulled in the parking lot to pick it up just before 10:30 they canceled my order. So I’ll never be eating in another McDonald’s again today I’m going to stop by the local McDonald’s and get my free stuff with my points that I have which will clear my free food that I have coming to me and then I’m deleting the app and I will not eat at McDonald’s. I’m done with them after this ordeal

Rude customer service at drive thru this evening 10/26/25 740 pm. Sorry if we bothered you with our order while you were working. Made no changes to the menu item and yet still they messed it up. Like how do you forget all the condiments on a sandwich when preparing it?? Nobody else was in line so it wasn’t like they were busy. It’s always something with this store.

This isn’t so much a review on this McDonalds as it is on the corporation as a whole…the picture doesn’t do the size of the tomatoes justice. What do they use cherry tomatoes??? I am a firm believer that the Daily double is one of, if not the best burger here because of the mayo and tomato, but recently they have changed this burger completely. Sad considering the price has skyrocketed

Thought I was going to treat myself to a sausage McMuffin and a med coffee. I was handed my sandwich and asked to park for my coffee that I was very specific and I think easy. 3 cream/ 3 Splenda. Waited 12 minutes on my coffee and guess what it was made wrong. 2 cream and 3 sugar. You people need to listen better. Diabetics cannot have sugar. Thank you for not caring we will not be back.
