Use the mobile app to place a order at this location I’m now 2 for 2 for getting the wrong order. Order two large sweet teas end up with 2 unsweetened tea. Which makes me question is the sweet tea going in with the unsweetened container and they’re mistakenly putting unsweetened in the sweet tea container cause that could be really bad to give a diabetic sweet tea and they drink it.
Totally unacceptable when I have time I will be reaching out to Corporate about this. Quality of service is key and I’ve worked in food industry too know.
I hold 2 servsafe certificates in handling but also a manager servsafe.
And I’ve worked areas outside of the food industry make sure things are correct as best as possible is always gonna keep most of your guests leaving not unhappy with the service.

7 out of 10 times this place will mess up my order. Unfortunately it’s the most convenient and time-saving place near my work. Even though I asked for no salt every time and 8/10 there is salt on my fries and 6/10 they give me unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. Today was the nail on the coffin. Salt on my fries, 1 tiny ketchup packet for a 10 piece nugget meal, and to top it all off there is this weird RED color on the nuggets!! What the heck?!?! Quality control is a joke and the staff is even worse. If negative star ratings was a thing, they’d be maxed out right now.

Avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. Go over the bridge to the one there or go further down cape parkway to the one there. Don’t go here. I can think as far back as I can remember, years, at least since 2016/17 every single time I ever come to this McDonald’s the order is messed up in some way. I worked down the road for years so I have this place about a million chances since it was right there and easy to go to. But no. Now that I don’t have to anymore I will not go there. They should just shut this place down it is not good for anything. They can’t even get a drink right. Don’t give this place your money you will regret it. I still remember in 2019 when my ex was visibly pregnant and we stopped in here one night and a manager was trying to fight her, telling her come back at 10 when I get off. This place seems like its goal has always been to hire the most unprofessional , rude people they could find off the street.

I preordered my order and I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. That that even the best part once I got my food we were missing items and could get no one’s attention to request my missing food. I just took what I was given. They workers their are more worried about the gossip of the day than do their jobs. This McDonalds get worse and worse every time we go. This was definitely the last time we are going to this location.

I actually knew better than to go there. It was Christmas Eve I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, and a small Dr pepper. When I got home the quarter pounder wasn’t a quarter pounder I had a bun a pickle and whatever the meat was that was on there. The small Dr pepper almost look like somebody had already drank out of it. I threw the entire thing in the trash. McDonald’s as a fast food drive-thru over the years over the last 10 years has failed miserably in most places I’ve gone to. But this McDonald’s I will never eat at another McDonald’s for the remainder of my lifetime. Just as I will not go to a Wendy’s either. Thank you for saving me my money.

Oct. 11 – I’m not giving the employees a bad review; I’m giving the ones who allowed there to be only 2 people working in the whole building at nighttime a bad review. Those poor employees were busting there A’s and customers were just complaining about how long their order is taking as if it’s not obvious that they’re doing their best. To the two employees- they had a great attitude and continued to put the work in regardless of how badly some customers were treating them.

Placed as mobile order at 4:30AM. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes at window waiting for my order. Once i was finally a knowledged, the ladt said to me “we’re not open yet, only taking mobile orders”. Confused she to the fact that the store is opened according to the app. Not to mention, I placed a mobile order, but was then told to wait until they opened.

I understand I’m doing it to myself by going here but they consistently mess up orders. Accuracy is not valued at this location and im interested in nothing but the discrepancy rate per transaction. On top of that, why hire people who don’t speak a word of English to be your customer service representative? If this place closed I would clear my day and schedule to come watch this place get what it deserves. There is 0 accountability for messing up here so please do not waste your time or money because they will take both from you without getting what you ordered correct. Serious intervention is needed, and it would take Jesus Christ himself to come down to save this place. Don’t believe me? Go see for yourself as words cannot describe how garbage this place is run.

We placed a large order for lunch right around 12 o’clock and the service was exceptional. The bags were well organized, quick service, and even helped bring the order to the car! Terrific service!
