Just picked up two large meals. Fries were barely filled. Neither of the burritos were marked which was which. Do better it’s not that hard.

I recently came down here on holiday and haven’t had del taco in a few years. The menus changed so much since the last time but when I opened the door their assistant manager Vicky greeted me and took my order for the epic guac chicken burrito and crinkle fries and was so polite, I got to watch her employee Teresa make the burrito and she made it perfectly when I finally got home to eat it! They got it ready in no time and I couldn’t be more pleased!

I was traveling through New Mexico from Southern California and stopped in for a break and a quick meal. The manager, I believe her name was Colleen, was incredibly kind and welcoming—I almost forgot I was in a Del Taco. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was much better than expected. Highly appreciated!

Horrible service. There were only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive-through line when I arrived. And there was only 1 customer inside the store. I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes before the line moved at all. Two cars behind me must have gotten impatient and pulled out of the drive-through line and went inside. Another 10 minutes and the car ahead of me finally pulled out. I pulled up and sat for 3 minutes before being greeted and my money taken. After another 3 minutes I got frustrated and beeped my horn. No acknowledgment. Finally my food came and I asked the guy why it took so long. He claimed there was 12 people inside that had to be waited on. This was a lie because the only ones inside went there because the drive-through was going nowhere. The food was almost unedible. I got the box with a burger, fries, burrito and taco. Everything was cold and they literal gave me only 8 fries. The burrito was gross. It was cold and dry. I wasted $10 and a lot of time.

I ordered the carne asada street taco along with my favorite item, their French fries and it was so good I ordered a couple more to take home. Collene, the employee that took care of me was very friendly and we had good conversation while I waited for my food. The establishment was clean and customer service was better than most places I go to!

Service would be better if there was more than one cashier went in around 6ish maybe 7? There was only one cashier, Poor girl was running around packing, Taking orders and jumping in and out of the kitchen, Yall need to hire more people or learn how to make a schedule sincerely- a former fast food manager.

Haven’t had Del Taco in YEARS , decided that we needed a late night snack and ordered some. Big mistake, from the “green sauce ” that tastes like aluminum cans , the limp chicken strips (yes I ordered chicken strips) to the gas station day old burgers. What the hell is going on. Nachos with stale chips . Don’t do it. Go to speedway they have better tasting food.

Service was very nice. But the food was gross. I ordered two Beyond Meat Soft Tacos. I’ve eaten plenty in California at different locations that were delicious. But these were gross. I couldn’t finish the first one. I’m not sure there was Beyond meat in it. It tasted like beans. Waste of money!

The food was Amazing! Del Taco has always been far superior to Taco Bell and everything but this time around omigosh the food was amazing the service was excellent and they gave me twice as much food as I was expecting inside of those little tacos. They put the other Del Taco on Montgomery to shame. And I thought I was going to have to put for my tacos back cuz I can’t afford them and they gave them to me free of charge! Who does that? What restaurant does that?! None. Thats why this Del Taco is by far the best fast food joint in the City. Probably the state. In my humble opinion and expert opinion if I may say so it’s probably the best Mexican food joint in the city for sure. Knoxville here but Sadie’s is garbage compared to Del Taco, especially this location on Unser.

We don’t frequent Del taco because it’s just too far away from home, but when we really want it we come to this location, and every time it’s always great! Especially the service. The staff is super nice. Tonight we had Rhea on drive thru and she was on it, with it, and so NICE! Food was fresh and tasty, and we got all of our order and it was a very big , customized order!
