Went to this mcdonalds and the the girl taking our order through drive-thru got our order wrong even though we mentioned what we wanted 3 times. She kept giggling and couldn’t comprehend what we were saying. We laughed it off thinking she sounded like she was high on green.

We ordered from this store via Uber Eats. This is not the first time we have had problems. We ordered 2 custom burgers, a sundae, and extra sauces. The ONLY thing they got right was the fries. The sauces were left out. The sundae had barely any caramel sauce. One burger was missing pickles, lettuce, and tomato, all of which are added cost items. The other burger included extra cheese, which was missing. This is not the first time we have had problems here. The evening crew at this store is more interested in taking with their friends than doing their jobs accurately. If it is after 5 don’t go to this store. We have had repeated issues with this store and our friends have also had repeated issues. Again, do NOT order here at night.

last night me and my friends decided to dine in at 2 am on our way back home from having fun in Orlando at this location but when we came in we were surprised by the staffs rude behavior. First the crew working inside refused to accept card payments even thought their computers and card readers looked to be working perfectly fine, after that from inside the kitchen the entire staff working were screaming insults clearly directed towards us while a couple DoorDashers that came in during our visit joined in on the insults. Me and my 2 friends remained perfectly calm as we did not want to make a scene or get kicked out of the restaurant. we were hungry and needed something to eat. Personally I believe the staff and the food delivery people should learn to mind their business and understand that not every costumer is perfect.

Bit of a weirder review but deserves a 5 star nonetheless. We’ve been eating here for a very long time(lived in Florida for 10 years) and have eaten here a lot over the years when in a rush or need some non expensive food. And its always been pretty good as far as McDonald’s goes!

Every single time I come to Champions Gate McDonalds drive thru they make me pull up and park in one of the drive thru parking spots. The purpose of using the drive thru is for quick service. This McDonald location is horrible the worst of the worst there not only disrespectful but stealers too I order 2 ten pieces and 2 large fries on the mobile abpp the that location. Was showing thing the receipt and everything code included but for some reason the order is no we’re to be found but you took my money for it. The packers are instantly marking every order as “done” so their fulfillment metrics look good, but then they actually take forever to do the work. All a manager or owner needs to do is look at how long the average order takes to fulfill. When they see that it’s less than 2 minutes it will show that the gamification of order fulfillment. They also had 4 teenage guys in the back hanging out playing on their phones.
