I will start by saying…the food was incredible and everything came fresh and hot! I have only had a chicken burger that good from Popeyes and I think the nuggets were the best I have ever had from a fast food restaurant or a McDonalds–anywhere. The staff members were friendly and patient. It was lunch time and the restaurant was moderately busy but to be honest the wait time was a little bit confusing. We didn’t have a huge order and we had to wait over fifteen minutes in the parking lot to have our food delivered to the car.

Service is poor. Garbage is overflowing and garbage is everywhere because the is no place in the garbage can. I nicely try to tell that is to much garbage but the answer is come like; That it? They make food very slowly. This place use to be nice , but not anymore.

This place was packed and the team was on it. There was some under-the-breath exhausted grumbling from a couple but they were knocking it out and running hard. Great team. Only suggestion is not to Overbag items. My bag fell through before I got to my car. I was in a hurry, and it had already taken 45 minutes because of the business, so I had to take the loss. But my order was otherwise perfect. Everything was delicious and made exactly as ordered, and every modification was perfect, even in the bustle of customers filling up the place. My little chicken nugget trail haha :

I don’t understand how orders get messed up when they clearly have a number and are supposed to go to a specific curbside spot. It makes no sense to me. Also, DO NOT USE CURBSIDE. They usually leave those orders for last, as I said, they get them wrong and it takes more than half an hour to get your order. I thought it was a one time event but no….I ordered a double quarter-pounder deluxe with no pickles and got a quarter-pounder pounder with no cheese and extra pickles

Worst McDonald’s in Florida. If you want to spend thirty mins in the drive through while you’re the only car in line please feel free to come here. The late night shift, plays loud music throughout the whole night, sounds more like a club than a restaurant. Always out of sauces for some reason. They do not make new fry in the night shift. The fry’s are always stale and over cooked. The picture down below here as you can see is a mcchicken with just ketchup. How do you mess up something so simple up.. do better managers.

The food is acceptable, but this location is consistently dirty, regardless of how busy it is. The staff does not greet customers. If you try to place an order at the counter, they tend to overlook you, leaving you with the option of using the machines, which I don’t mind, but it does slow down the ordering and payment process. The floors are perpetually dirty, and the tables are likely only cleaned once a day, if at all. They have a numbering system intended for delivering food to your table, but I have never witnessed that happening. Instead, they simply call out the number for you to pick up your order at the counter. Oh and the ketchup is ALWAYS out, you would think they would refill it but no. Lastly, if you come at night, the soda fountain machines NEVER have ice.
In my view, the manager needs to take proper charge of this establishment.

Place is awful. Took forever to get our food we were dining in. Over 20 minutes. They took drive-thru over done in. Service is awful. Nothing quick about it. Only no wait for a table. There was every table full not one person had their food. 10 tables. Crazy!!!!

Best experience I had in any fast food. Miss Flo was amazing, greeting everyone, making sure everyone was comfortable and had everything. She had a table with fun games for kids and coloring books. My girls had fun and my husband and I were able to relax a little bit because the girls were enjoying the games. Bathrooms were also very clean. Great job on all the changes

One of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to took 45 minutes to get my food out and when it came out my hash browns where burnt when i asked for ketchup they said there was some by the drink machine and when i told her there wasn’t she gave me an attitude. The service was so bad and all workers were rude and they forgot the meat in my friends chicken sandwich. The hashbrown on the left is the one i got compared to my friends. i do not recommend this place and it honestly should be shut down the floor was disgustingly dirty and the bathroom was disgusting

2 parties had orders before I had and 3 more ordered after I had. All received their orders and had no issues. My kisok order was somehow lost and waited 15 mins before anyone was able to talk. Told I could wait for items again but I just got a refund and taking all future business elsewhere. Mad I asked for a refund after their blunder.
