As you can tell by recent reviews, this place is beyond bad. Not only do they get simple orders wrong like making a burger that is supposed to have no ketchup but ends up having only ketchup, but the workers inside are milling about with no sense of purpose and cursing over the drive thru intercom. New management seems to be needed. I doubt it will help. Just like this review probably won’t.

It seems like no one wants to take your order when you go inside Afternoons when I go to get food or drinks. All the employees are huddled up and talking and joking and laughing while the lobby is filthy and out of sweet tea. This happens very often. I have been to all the McDonald’s in Polk county. Any time I visit this location, the service is terrible. The customer service is horrible and you have to ask for a napkin. It’s ridiculous Recently I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge and what they gave me was pathetic. The “hot fudge” definitely isn’t hot and I saw the associate squirt a chocolate sauce from a bottle that was just sitting on the shelf. The taste leaves much to be desired! I won’t be spending one nickel here much less $3.29 for a sundae

This McDonald’s lucky I gave them a 1 star, I’m not a Customer. I’m a UberEATS driver and the female manager was rude, all I asked if the bag in her hand was the customers order. I can see that they were doing a lot of orders and I know where they go when they are completed. Once the customers order was done instead of handing me the bag, she walks right around me and puts the bag on the shelf that was on my left. This isn’t the first time I come to McDonald’s to pick up UberEATS orders for customers. If she is having a bad day because she has to do back to back orders don’t take it out on anyone else because that’s your job.

I went to get a quick bite to eat because mcdonalds is the only thing opened late at night and when i got up to the speaker i was there waiting for like 3 minutes. when i went up to the first window there was no one there and when i got to the second window all the workers ignored me. meanwhile there was people ordering and eating in the lobby at 3:30 at night so obliviously they were still serving food. and i found it weird that they even aloud people in their lobby that late since i would think it would be a safety issue to the overnight crew to be allowing people inside after 11:30. either way if you’re coming home from a night shift and wanting a quick bite to eat do not come to this mcdonald’s because they will look at you in your face and ignore you

I went through the drive tru, the girl who took my order she was very nice and patient. I gave it a 1 star tho bc food was very nasty. The fries were cold and chewy. And we all know how McDonald’s fries get after a while so I KNOW they were probably made very early. And I ordered a Mchicken too and the bun was hard and stale, the chicken was just dry. And to drink I had an Oreo Frappe and the Oreos in it tasted kinda funky, so I’m guessing the Orea crumble in there isn’t any good either. I used to work fast food so I know how things are sometimes when is busy but please the managers need to keep an eye on expiration dates and keep fresh food out. I rarely eat McDonald’s and the one time I had the craving for it, it was very nasty. Probably won’t be eating it for a good while again

Ordered at the kiosk and waited in line .. heard my number called up then one of the lady’s said no that goes in the Uber eats bag .. so by the time I got to the counter my order was out the door. Waiting 5 minutes or so for someone to notice me and I told them the story. The employee said someone else can help me .. waited for the someone else another 5 or so minutes and was asked for my receipt.. don’t think I ever remember getting a receipt from a kiosk. Went to show the someone my bank receipt on my phone but I guess that doesn’t count. Now I didn’t tell you this before but the folks behind the counter were having a hard time they were messing up all kinds of orders so I was trying to be patient. Well after waiting about 20 minutes I had to leave. I’m out of time for this. So I figured I’d try ringing them when I was back on the road. Well that didn’t work out either.
