We had a wonderful experience at Bertucci’s last night! The young lady seving us Caroline was new, actually being trained by a manager named Sue. Caroline did a incredible job waiting our table, she was very personable, quick and very attentive to our needs. Caroline waited on us as good or actually better than any fully experienced waitress could or would. Sue is doing a great job with training, she was training more than one person while we had dinner and everything seemed to moving and operating very smoothly in the restaurant. We will definitely be back for more incredible food and service!

Bridget was amazing and very attentive! She gave us refills without us even asking and she was checking up and making sure we were content. Our food was cooked perfect and I have no complaints. Also, big portions so you’ll definitely have leftovers. I would definitely recommend going here!

The staff is very attentive, friendly and accomodating to our special requests. The food was delicious. We ordered the spinach and artichokes dip and a calzon. The price are moderate and plenty of parking space.

Chelsey was a great waitress! She was very attentive, quick and sweet!! The food was phenomenal, we had the tri-colored tortellini with chicken and it came out sizzling, totally cheesey and the chicken was perfect! The atmosphere was friendly and the food was delicious! The waitress was a lot of fun. The chef Nicole is kind and cooked the eggplant parmesan that was delicious and my sister and mom loved the grilled salmon with the sides of baby spinach and roasted potatoes.

This place is phenomenal! The minute you walk in and smell the sauces simmering; your mouth begins to water. The staff is prompt and efficient. They had a smile for everyone. I really felt welcomed and attended to. I ordered pepperoni pizza and when I tell you that it was good, man it would stand up against pies I’ve had in NYC. I would give Bettucci’s more stars if I could. Well worth the stop! Plan on returning! 5/5
