Ordered from doordash a few nights ago, burger was RAW, they also close themselves down to get an easy paycheck and not have to work, open 24 hours but lie saying cash only to lighten up the line or they just don’t take or accept any orders, order was paid for online went to pickup then they claim they aren’t accepting orders, they do this almost every other night where they decide they’re going to close down at 10pm, 11pm, whenever they feel like it.

The food was good considering that was the only good thing about this restaurant. Don’t like using the kiosk to order food, it takes away the customer service experience AND if I have to pay at the register what’s the point of the kiosk? The tables were dirty and the customers had to ask the manager to clean them. Being that the restaurant was not busy was no excuse to have a dirty dining area.

I have to say, I was impressed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. I especially appreciated the variety of options on the menu, which catered to my dietary restrictions. The restaurant was also clean and well-organized, making it a pleasant place to dine. Walked in to a filthy restaurant. Nobody came to serve us so we walked around until we figured out where the self service was. Every table in the place was covered in spilled drinks and French fries. The floors had stuff spilt all over. We definitely don’t recommend or will ever go back. To top it all off my Big Mac was cold and fell apart when I picked it up and the chicken nuggets had been cooked until they resembled dried stones!!

No surprise they get my order wrong every time . They rushed me and my family and gave my mom an anxiety attack. As much as they are paying their employees they need more training in customer service and how to put in orders. I said no cheese not no sauce.

If ask for fresh fries they will ask you to move up and make you wait. Why couldn’t you make the fries fresh the first time McDonald people? Why should I have to move up? I’m not asking for anything special.

Ordered on the app for dine in meal. Put the table number in the app for them to bring it to me. Waited 10 minutes then app finally said food was ready waited 5 more minutes and food was still not out to me. Went to the counter and asked and they could not find what they did with my food. A customer not an employee finally told me that I should check the Carry out spot because they put them there sometimes even though it said eat in. My food was there. It was cold and there was no condiments in the bag and was not made correctly. Next time I will go to Wendy’s or Culver’s or anywhere else but there. I will not be back. Lousy service and they were not friendly at all. They acted like it was a hassle to have to deal with me.

If this was the one on 98 north, then I drove off because the black girl at the window racially profiled me told the black guy that was behind me whiteee can wait and laughs in my face. I will never go back there. Nasty place anyhow. I posted pictures of cockroaches climbing the wal right beside the pick up window.
