This was my go-to McDonald for breakfast, they were always on point until a manager named Angela started dealing with people and now three days in a row she has pulled me into a parking space and forgotten about me. Why are they pulling me over for just a coffee? It only recently became like this as they recently changed staff. Won’t be coming here anymore for cold coffee that’s been sitting on a counter until I complain. Thanks Angela!

Employee at the pick up window was very rude. When I pulled up to get my order she didn’t even look at me or say hello. She told me the sauce was in the bag and handed me to bag without looking. I asked her nicely for a cup or water and she got an attitude that I should have said that at the speaker that she was on a timer. I understand the timer situation but she could have been nice about it. Her job is customer service. If I had to guess that she treats everyone this way I would probably be correct.

What happened to the decaf? The decaf has always been good here until this week. I bought decafs on two different days and both tasted like water. I had to dump them. What a waste of $5.

Tiffany was an actual ray of light for the brief 32 seconds I interacted with her. Not only did her general air of positivity and kindness make me un-Scrooge myself and donate to that clown house charity but I will absolutely be completing the drive thru survey receipt thing. SHE IS LOVELY.

Tonight I will bring I’m trying to pick up an order and there are just people sitting inside not even talking through the drive-thru. I’m unable to pick up my order because no one will help me. It’s crazy because they’re open. I also try the door I’m unable to get inside because the doors are locked. Completely disrespectful! I posted pics of some girl worker sitting in the bench on her phone. Don’t waste your time!

My service was horrible. went there on New Year’s Day and was completely ignored while they stood around and talked on their phones. continuously going in their pockets where their phones then dealing with food left me at the counter for over 10 minutes without asking me. did I need help they expect for you to order from the kiosk lazy and the store needs to watch the cameras those kids working there have behaviors that are unacceptable and very unpleasant
