How does one order food and get half the food every single time they come here?! These are supposed to be medium fries. They are not even filled up. They also taste terrible. Soggy and no salt. Do better. People are paying you for food and this is not it.

Typical McDonald’s as far as cleanliness and food but the performance and service of the staff is atrocious! You can wait for 10 minutes for a simple hamburger from a company that has served “billions” of them! If you tried to speak to management they are rude, curt and take no responsibility for their failures and managing a simple operation. This is the closest McDonald’s to my home and I’ve tried it frequently and have given up and I’m willing to drive farther or out of my way to another. Ownership needs an overhaul of management.

Veronica was amazing! We ordered at the kiosk and before we sat down she asked us about our drinks, went and had them made and brought them to us. She then returned with our food! We just moved to the area and will be returning to this location because of the excellent customer service we received!

My dad bought 2 filet-o-fish meals and a 4 piece nugget today. We waited at least 10 mins for our food. We got home and noticed that the chicken nuggets I ordered was just cheese in a nugget box. I read the reviews and I can’t believe this had already happened. I am very disappointed!!! Now our Granddaughter didn’t have any of her food to eat. So much for fast food.

There were probably 12 cars in line and we thought for sure we’d be there for a hot minute but they got us in and out in probably 5 min and the food order was correct!! The fries could’ve been fresher but not cold.

This place AT NIGHT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I come to this McDonald’s often during the day always great workers and always clean. On the other hand I’ve came to this McDonald’s at night a handful of times and the service always SUCKED. Tonight was the straw for me!!! I went there and waited 12 mins to order and then had to wait another 7 mins to get to the pay window. Got to the window and the young girl there said what’s your order and I proceeded to tell her, and she stated that she could not find my order. She sent me to the second window for them to tell me they don’t see my order as well. I was asked to pull into spot 3 and someone would come outside to bring my order. My response was how can you bring my order if I have not paid or anything and I do not trust giving my card to anyone to walk into the building, by this time I seen the manager standing outside. I stopped him and told him the situation and his response was you have to give me a minute I have seven other angry customers, and he walked off. I can deal with the cold food half filled drink and wrong orders but customer service should always be number one and at night the entire team needs a retraining on customer service. McDonald’s please visit your store at night as well as during the day.

Great experience, the fries were the best tasting Mickey D’s fries we have had in a long time! Hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and amazingly tasty. They didn’t mess up the order at all so in my opinion you can’t ask for anything more with fast food.

While placing my order at the drive thru, I am telling the person who taking my order, he come back the Big Mac does not come with mayo, well I did not know because I don’t eat McDonald’s, so I voice my concerns to a manager and she me he is a manager also, like that is supposed to make it okay. For that reason alone made it easy for me to that they never get my business again.

I gave this McDonald’s a 1 star cause it won’t allowed to go below. Place order and was literally waiting for my order more than 1/2 hour. Saw about 6 people coming and going with their order and I’m still waiting. No one had the decency to asked me if they could help me with something. Finally I got annoyed and asked for a refund. I originally paid 12.56 and they refunded me 12.02. Very Incomepetent people working there. Would never go there again, not only that in the past bought from there and the food was nasty. The only reason I went there today is I just flew in from New York and was too tired to drive to the McDonald’s o on 3110SR 674 and I-75 Sun City Center, Fl 33570, where the food is much better and the service is a five star. I guess they charged me 54 cents just for waiting..like I said never again
