The lobby and tables were dirty. I asked for them to clean and they sent someone to sweep. Although I appreciate the effort, the tables were dirty and I was attempting to sit and eat. The food finally arrived and the fries were cold. They replaced them with such attitude as if I was a bother. Then I noticed that my quarter pounder was cold. Again it was replaced with attitude. I guess today it’s too much to ask for hot food. I should just be grateful I got any food. Terrible service. McDonald’s is going downhill fast!

It’s McDonald’s. You pretty much know what you’re getting. It’s not stellar food but somehow we all keep going back. It’s quick, easy and kids choose it most of the time. The toys have definitely gone downhill over the years. But I can’t take away any stars because we will be back….. I can guarantee it whether we want to or not.

Walk in to place our order and decided to sit at a table. EVERY table was dirty. Asked if someone could clean one and instead she starts sweeping. Had as ask again to wipe down our table. We get our food and the fries were cold – asked if we could get hot fries and were greeted with n attitude. Then we come to discover the same with our burgers. Everyone at this location had mad faces on and you could tell we interrupted their comedy hour in the kitchen. Very disappointed!!

Incredible service. This is by far….by…..FAR the best McDonalds on the entire west side of FL. I want to say the entire State but I haven’t tried every location. This location cooks your food to perfection and still are very fast. All other McDonalds focus on speed only, throwing away the quality of the food. It’s always way undercooked at other locations. At this location your fries are guaranteed golden crispy yellow/brown. Your chicken or burgers will feel cooked all the way through. Don’t listen to any of the negative comments. I come here a lot during day and night and every day of the week.
Making human mistakes is an everyone thing. If they miss anything in your order they’ll fix it right away. Amazing service.

A plain cheeseburger means just that – plain. This one came with onions, which the person I ordered this for is highly allergic too – so glad we looked first.

Burger is dry as hell, thrown together as sloppy as possible. Literally half hanging off bun with cheese somehow farther off. Drowning in condiments when I specifically asked for light sause. And the fries taste soggy and like that have been sitting for hours plus way too much salt. I don’t know why I go back anymore. Then McDonald’s has the nerve to comment that they want to hear more feedback and send me a link that doesn’t work.

This has to be the absolute worst McDonalds! I have been to this location numerous times and NOT one time has my order been correct! Not only has my orders been incorrect but most of the employees are extremely rude. Once I asked for ketchup at the drive through window and was told very rudely “you need to ask for that when you are ordering” REALLY!?!?!?! Another time I placed a mobile order got there checked in and no food (the food delivery person brought food to others and never acknowledged me) I finally went inside waited AGAIN and was rudely told be a worker I never checked in on the app. I told her I did I even put the parking spot number in and again rudely told me I didn’t.

McDonald’s New Years Eve, 7:40p.m. The order was two coffees and cream. We were told, “Sorry we don’t have that.” Since when does McDonalds not have coffee?? You have it, but like the ice cream machines that are perpetually broken, no one wants to make it. (In the case of the ice cream machines, no one wants to clean them.) Fine, we’ll go to WaWa.

Can’t comment on the food or atmosphere as we were not even able to order. My wife and I saw an advertisement for the Mc rib but couldn’t find it on the kiosk. We then went up to the counter where we stood for 10 minutes where we were seen by 2 employees in the back who never said anything. Finally an employee came up asked if we were looking to order and when we said that’s what we were trying to do and started to ask a question about the mc rib the employee asked somebody else what they were there for and then went back into the back to assist the other person who was there for a pickup order. Horrible customer service. I would never go back to this location

Let me start by saying that I initially went to the location at Summerfield Crossing on 301. The line there was literally wrapped around the building, so I then went to this location. There was only one lonely car in the drive thru and several wild wild West tumbleweeds rolling around in the parking lot. I ordered a 6-piece nugget happy meal. The nuggets and fries were old and cold as if someone else ordered it earlier and then changed their mind. Instead of tossing it out they saved it for the next person who ordered a happy meal. The nuggets and fries were super hard as if they were little fossilized pebble and twig relics that magically survived from the Mesozoic era. The only thing worth saving and not tossing in the trash was the toy. Please don’t waste your time by replying with an AI generated chat GPT copy paste remark saying we are sorry to hear about your experience blah blah blah! What you sold me last night belonged in a McDonalds museum. Get some standards and do better! Ba da ba ba ba!
