The self service order kiosks were down. I ordered at the register. They were unaware the order stations were not working, so getting someone’s attention took a couple minutes. The young woman took my order but accidentally checked off a chicken sandwich when I had ordered the Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal. I didn’t notice the error, but in any case they delivered my meal to my table and I noticed the wrong sandwich, but saw on the receipt that it was what was selected by the attendant. I don’t care for the chicken sandwich…. I never order them. Up on approaching and staying my case. Instead of going through any procedure to correct the order, the employee decided to ARGUE as if this was some kind of egregious mark against her and that I had ordered the sandwich and was basically stuck with it. Totally mishandled and the manager standing there and not even interceding. It was literally ridiculous. She actually accused me of trying to get a free sandwich… She wouldn’t accept that she made a mistake. And mind you, I never even TOUCHED the sandwich inside the packaging… I gave it to them. That’s a simple lack of training. Training needs to go BEYOND preparing food or taking orders. These are young people with little or no experience and they require guidance. Customer service involves handling different situations and this employee was completely unprofessional. I was pretty angry, but I chose not to engage. It wasn’t worth it. I just left them with their sandwich, tossed everything else in the trash and skipped lunch altogether.

Normally I never eat at any fast food restaurants however this day if I’m not mistaken at this location I ordered something off of their dollar value menu. I’m fairly certain I ordered some sort of burger and Fry. A lot of times the fries are simply not that good because they’ve been sitting too long. Oftentimes if you don’t eat fast food very much you forget in between the times and then when you go to order it you realize once you have it in your hand you should have asked for mayonnaise ketchup only or whatever it might be. However the gentleman taking my order was so lovely and the food came out warm juicy and the fries were not lukewarm though they weren’t hot which would have been preferable they weren’t too old. This kind of thing happens don’t be afraid to ask for some brand new french fries anytime you go through a line they are always happy to drop some fries for you. The question is how would I describe the value for money- I would really prefer not to answer that it would not be a positive review. We have gotten away from what real value is in fast food restaurants. It’s the food itself and how that food if it is real food is put together and served. The bar is fairly low

I’ve seen faster service at a Dollar Tree. Don’t even get me started on the drive-thru. If you order from here, expect to wait at least 20-30 minutes in your car.

The tall gentleman manager Richard, was beyond amazing! We had a return, he took care of it so quickly, then asked how he could replace our food with something on their breakfast menu. What a professional manager! Richard is a true asset to his company and this store! We will be back soon! The food was delicious and I mean …..absolutely perfection! Our hash browns were done with precision, perfectly crispy, my sausage egg and cheese was so fluffy and easy to bite into. Every bite said something fantastic about the way the team here takes such pride in their work!

Ms. Yanira had the worst attitude for customer service! After waiting several minutes without anyone acknowledging me at the counter she snapped at me saying “well what do you need? You was just standing there and didn’t say anything” my response was “because i was being patient”.
However, as the customer i dont believe im supposed to call for an employee…and i certainly dont think an employee should speak in such a manner to a customer that wasnt getting out of line!

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely disgusting what I encountered today. I order a Quarter pounder meal, all fine and dandy until I felt something on the bottom of my sandwich. I flipped the sandwich over and found 5 bugs on my bun! They almost looked like a flea or some small bug of that sort the one even had two legs on it! I went to the counter to speak to the manager and they actually tried to convince me that they were just “toasted seeds”!!!! Are you kidding me! THE ONE HAD LEGS!! Last time I checked seeds don’t have legs! I think the health department need to pay this location a visit, this is absolutely absurd!

Using the app, I ordered an egg mcmuffin for curbside at around 10:45am on a Sunday when breakfast is served until 11 am. They waited until 11:08am to cancel the order with no reason given. I was already there to pickup my food. This is the 1md time this has happened. I guess they dont want my $$. Their competitor took it 10 mins later, though.

I often go to McDonald’s, but this particular location is the absolute worst. It really feels like they treat customers differently based on race. Before even getting to whether they say “please” or “thank you,” they literally say nothing at all and just glare at me while serving. I’ve never experienced this kind of unpleasant service at any other fast-food place or restaurant in the area. It honestly feels like racial discrimination, and it makes me really sad.
