I ordered a BLT with a side of hash browns add cheese onions and ham please explain how its ok for my BLT to have bacon scraps on it the hash browns didnt have cheese maybe 3 onion pieces and 4 pieces of diced ham. Ordering online is ridiculous and apparently they cant read a ticket at leland waffle house.

I called to place a “to go order” while I was finishing up my Dr. appt. There is an automatic message that instructs you to order online as they don’t take orders via the phone. I processed my order online with ease. I received a text message informing me my order was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick my order up it was really busy on the inside. I waited in line to pick my order up. It was already paid for online when I processed the order. It was so crowded and busy. I didn’t think to check my order as they had a lot of staff on duty. I assumed staff was checking the to go orders. When I got home and got ready to eat my breakfast I realized I didn’t receive my correct order. I tried to call back but unfortunately you can’t reach anyone via phone. I looked for an email address and didn’t see one. I don’t live close to the restaurant or else I would have taken the food back. My only option was to leave a review regarding my experience. I also don’t see an option to post a copy of my receipt of what I paid for verse’s what I actually received.

Went to a comedy show tonight that was shorter than my wait for a waffle. I ate my entire meal before receiving my waffle. Because our waitress was too busy complaining to colleagues and belittling them. First excuse was it burnt. 2nd excuse was it was put in a to-go box and she wasn’t told about it. She finally brought me a waffle. But not the one I ordered. She then had the cook remake it while she went to the back. They were not busy by any means total of 4 tables sat with 4 workers. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. We were polite the entire time and I felt bad for the cooks/dishwasher that was getting the brunt of this waitress. They deserve better. Take some accountability, accidents happen. But blaming others for your actions is ridiculous.

My son is in the Navy and he came to visit from Norfolk VA and he loves Waffle house. Every time we have been to this restaurant we have had nothing but a great experience. The staff have always been nice and the food has been great.

Stepped in for Breakfast, the waitress graeted us. Had a brief wait for an available table it was cleaned in a timely fashion.

First of all the employees spend most of the time arguing the entire time , I ordered Cheese N Eggs Breakfast with grits , the grits were full of lumps , I will include a picture , this place needs a visit from the Health Department very dirty , most everyone stands around waiting for to put the order in while the cook screams at them to slow down , very disrespectful to the employees, I have not been offered any refills on my drink , I absolutely will not leave a tip.
