Wait, to place my hot cakes and sausage order was reasonable and the cashier was pleasant. However, I had to ask about my order because it was taking so long. Turns out they missed it somehow, no apologies, and of course, the order was cold by the time I got to eat it.

I know McDonald’s is kinda known for not giving you half of your order, but we had to go up to the front multiple times to get everything in our order and my boyfriend and I are pretty awkward about it, we hate it. We had already gone up twice but we still didn’t get everything but Deandre (probably spelt his name wrong but I wasn’t able to get a good look) was extremely helpful and made sure we got everything we ordered. First time stopping in here after a nearby appointment. Drive thru is nice and long with double lanes. This location has more parking than most locations, but I did note it’s behind the building so if you don’t mind a little walk, then you’re good. We used the kiosks so quick and easy order. Food came up fast and it was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly when we engaged them in conversation. The front of the building is some corporate office so that throws you off a little when you walk in. Inside looks nice, clean, and spacious.

I am a loyal customer of this location. I go there pretty much every day to get coffee and breakfast and the one blue shirt manager. That’s there was very rude to me. I jokingly said some thing about saving money, and she was very rude to me and told me that she wouldn’t take it and I just took my money back and walked out. I will never go to this freaking restaurant ever again because of how rude she was to me. I don’t remember her name I think it was Marie, but very very upset about the treatment that she gave me. She was very nasty to me.

This location has gone downhill quickly. I waited for 5 min in the outside drive through lane. Watched 5 cars go through the other drive through lane. Called them on the phone to let them know I am in the drive through waiting. Then I am told the order is on them for waiting. Then at the window I am accused of not paying. Wow .

Nice remodel but whoever is managing this location needs to have a talk with their staff about customer service and communication skills, almost every single employee there is extremely rude i’ve dealt with them be either slightly snarky to me or extremely disrespectful, i cannot count the amount of times ive had eyes rolled at me, something said under their breath, cut me off in the middle of ordering and looked at like i was crazy because they got my order wrong and wanted it to be corrected, the food is barely ever fresh and my order is always somehow messed up. despite my politeness i’m always met with an attitude from an immature employee that acts like their world is ending because i want my order that I PAID FOR to be correct. Do better.

This is one of the better McDonald’s on the Space Coast. The inside is very well designed with lots of comfortable, modern seating. The service is friendly and prompt. The food is…well, it’s McDonald’s food, but it’s good by that standard. The inside could use more frequent cleaning. Many tables and seats had crumbs or ketchup smears.

Order always wrong. (wrong = someone else’s completely different order given to me) Multiple times. I can’t even place a mobile order and pick it up when there’s only 1 car in the drive thru, not busy, and it’s still someone else’s bag. Like c’mon. What lengths do I have to go to as the customer to get my food? Y’all took my money, no problem there for that on your end. I can’t find a single McDonalds in brevard county that can get order accuracy over 30% success rate. Jfc

A super busy location and the best reason why employees are trained/cross-grained here! Always an efficient group of people who seemed to have fun working here! I say always because the group members will always be different from day to day yet still they seem to mesh and make each rush happen smoothly! Kudos to whoever does the preshift pep-talk !!
