This McDonald’s unfortunately is in the kid of neighborhood that requires them to post “no loitering over 30 minutes” signs. Yikes.
Also it smelled like weed.
Which’a may explain why every table – every, single, one – was sticky-icky.

This is the worst McDonald’s. Never once ordered an order from this particular location that they didn’t mess up a single thing. We weren’t even asking for a difficult order. The order was egg and cheese bagel, they gave us sausage cheese bagel instead. The Dr Pepper was so watered down. Never coming back again.

It was a drive-thru order. The kid handled us the order with a rigid face. I asked him, “Can I ask you something? Why don’t you smile?” He answered something like,” What reason should I smile about.
Evidently, corporation doesn’t care because the same problems are not solved.
BAD ATTITUDE
The above was a year ago. The following was yesterday:
A year ago, I felt the craving for a McDonald’s sandwich, but, alas, it wasn’t what I expected and decided to erase the idea of doing it again. However, yesterday, circumstances pushed me to try it again in a different location. To give it to you, straight; hamburgers were cold; not even warm; chicken was the same and rubbery; fries were even worse. Sandwiches were prepared in the most messy way.

I went here around 1:30 am for a “midnight” snack lol, not expecting much for the freshness of the food. I went there and got a 10 piece and a large fry. It’s safe to say that was the freshest food from a McDonald’s I have had in a long time, I was very happy that the food was way past my expectations. 10/10

This McDonald’s is the most frustrating of all in my area. I go here frequently becsuse its close to home plus I DoorDash as well. Often the service is beyond slow. It seems when an order is waiting for an item, the rest including the fries is bagged up getting cold while waiting. So now the food quality matches the subpar service. What is odd though is that this store is almost always very clean and appears to be organized and the crew are very friendly.

Absolutely by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever entered in my adult life . I was forced to listen to very explicit rap music playing loudly in the store . All the while sitting at the front counter while employees walking back in fourth to the bathroom laughing, talking ,giggling. Me in another delivery driver stood at the counter for nearly 7 to 8 minutes before we were even acknowledged finally by a manager who said her was named KiKi . Hands down Thee absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever entered I will never ever return to this location again this place makes you nauseous inside out. Please close this entire location down & Fire everyone starting with upper management in the store .

After wasting time at the last mcdonalds, I cancelled my order and went to this one. The attendant was really friendly and quick with my order and I got my food within 5 min. The babcock location took forever to just tell me they don’t have any of my food to give me. I’m never going back to that one again, their food tastes old and nasty most of the time anyways.

Okay I love the atmosphere at this McDonald’s and the music had me dancing but the thing that caught my attention was when the manager Anna was talking to her fellow staff members and giving them some tips and constructive criticism that didn’t even sound like criticism at all it was PURE MOTIVATION she had me motivated because I see I can take what she was saying and apply it to my life you got to give it up for people like that they know how to turn lemons into lemonade

Very unprofessional team. I placed an order using the self-ordering kiosk, but it didn’t print a receipt. After 20 minutes, I went to the counter, and they claimed they hadn’t received any order. They asked me what I had ordered item by item, and I told them everything, but they still refused to acknowledge it. Finally, I gave them the last four digits of my credit card used for the payment, and only then did they find the order. Even after that, they didn’t apologize for their unprofessional behavior.
