They need upper management present or a savvy business consultant ASAP.
if you are a business minded manager shouldn’t you have 2 coffee machines so when one is being cleaned, you use the other one? Just saying…it’s more profitable than telling the customer it’s gonna take 20 additional minutes to clean the machine or turning customers away, and it’s not like McDonalds can’t afford to have an additional machine.
This place is great early mornings, impeccable but in the weekends when everyone is out and in the afternoons and evenings is a disaster.
I said I would wait, I like their coffee.
But waiting over 30 minutes for a coffee doesn’t justify waiting instead of spending money elsewhere no matter how good the coffee is and never mind the coffee now costs more than what a full meal used to…
Nowadays you get a sloppy order or you get it all wrong after waiting forever, sometimes you get an apology….and no one is loving it.
Not too long ago, they used to have signs outside that read “your order in 60 seconds or your money back”… Ordering in the mobile app for curbside pickup would be great, it’s supposed to be CONVENIENT… but when you get here you and type in your parking spot are told by the app there’s no spot entered, you have to go inside and wait to pickup your order, no chat option in app, no option to re enter your parking spot number.

The food itself was okay and what you’d expect from McDonald’s, but the experience inside was really uncomfortable. It was 28 degrees outside, and the owner refused to turn the heater on. Somehow, it was colder inside than it was outdoors. Eating while freezing kind of ruins the whole point of stopping in. If the temperature issue were addressed, this would’ve been a much better visit.

The service was good. It was fast and their cash register guy was amazing. He was getting cussed out by a very rude customer and still managed to be professional and my food came out because I ordered something else to go as well and it came out quickly. So kudos to the person in the morning who was able to keep cool

I had a bad experience because from the moment we arrived, we tried to place our order using the ordering screen, but nothing we did worked. Then the man who took our order did a terrible job; I had to buy the items he didn’t include in my order separately. The woman was friendly, but it was frustrating to be in that situation.

This is supposed to be a $4 “Large” fries

They rely on you just go with this when you are home. Please don’t, take the whole order, go back and request an exchange on fries along with the whole order since it is now cold.

Make their greed cost them a new order.

The service here is suck. When i order the food, the old guy (cashier) doesn’t say hi or thank you anything. He seems to have a bad. The chubby manager no help at all. Need to improve the customer service better. Will not come here again. (October 19, 6:00pm )

Management needs to go back to training. Yelling and screaming at your employees who definitely don’t get paid enough is a crazy way to work. Definitely don’t recommend eating here. Feel horrible for the employees at this location.

I went here after school as ive done many times to get some food and an employee started gossiping about me. He was in the back but everyone in the restaurant could hear what he was saying. The worst restaurant experience ive had. Very unprofessional.

Wanted fries with no salt, I was giving with salt, I asked a guy working there and he acted like I wanted free fries. He asked for the fries to be given back with attitude and started gossiping bad about me. The customer service sucks and it’s so uncalled if I was kindly asking for something that was asked and payed.
