We arrived and parked in a curbside spot at 8:34 PM after placing our order through the app. Everything looked good at first — the app even said our food was “on the way” about 30 minutes ago. But as of 9:11 PM, we were still sitting here with no food, no updates, and no communication from the restaurant.

We called twice trying to figure out what was going on. The first time, the employee didn’t even ask for our name, order number, or parking spot — just said they were “really backed up” and couldn’t find the order in the system. The second time we called, we were told they had just received the order, which made no sense because it had been placed almost 40 minutes earlier.

The entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. If the app isn’t working correctly or the staff are overwhelmed, there should at least be some honesty or communication so customers aren’t left waiting this long with zero updates. Definitely not the level of service I expected, and it makes me hesitant to come back or use curbside again.

As you can see in the pictures posted, the order was made at 8:34 and the picture was taken at 9:18pm. We didn’t get anything until 9:22pm.

In the picture below, you can see the employee sweeping instead of helping get food out.

Out of grinch meals. Made me buy 3 Orders of fries just to get extra grinch salt have no bag to put the fries and seasoning into to mix. Fries were cold. No cheese for the cheeseburgers or any other sandwich with cheese. Burger was old and cold as well.. Long wait everyone complaining and demanding money back for having to wait so long. Luke warm nuggets. Waste of 25.00…

Check your order and make sure they got it right….
I don’t know if the drive through la was exhausted or something else….
I had to tell her they didn’t give me all the strawberry cream pies…..
I had to ask for bbq sauce….

Be prepared to wait for the grinch meal….
At least they did let us know that they were out of sauce for the hamburgers that come with the grinch meal and had only mcnuggets.

Great staff, fast food. Fries were hot, fresh and salty. Loved them! The friendliness of the staff warmed our hearts as the lobby was freezing due to broken air conditioner. It should be getting fixed soon. One of the friendliest staff for McDonalds. Thank you for the coffee, too!

Today they did a great job. Both windows were nice and polite! They did ask me to pull into a parking spot while they finished my order. I hate this and I really wish they would stop this practice especially when nobody is behind.

Anyway, they had my order to my car in less than two minutes. The food was hot and tasty. I really appreciate these folks doing a great job!

26.00 for 2 people to eat. Went thru drive thru and they were pulling everyone up which pisses everyone off. 20 minutes later bring out my order to my car and it was wrong. The lady walks around to 5 other cars before going to correct mine 10 more comes out and guess what wrong again luckily this time just sauces so I just figured didn’t need any for our nuggets atleast that’s the way they looked at. Get home after all that and this is the type of food that was recieved. And do you think they have a working telephone number ofcourse not. Worst service have recieved.

Came to leave a review after my experience here only to see literally hundreds of similar ones. I redeemed a free small fry from monopoly rewards and ordered a large coke. An order they could push out in 30 seconds. I didnt even care if the fries were super fresh. Anyways, I ordered on the app at 10:40ish and selected counter service. I arrive and the doors locked and 15+ cars in the drive thru so I call since I have to be down the road at work in 15 minutes and ask them politely if they can hand me my order through the door. My simple 2 item order. No the cannot. Absolutely not. Okay than I ask for a refund as I can’t sit and wait 40 minutes(not exaggerating) in the drive through for a fry and a coke. They wont give me a refund. $2 whatever. Than when I reiterate it will take them less than a minute to hand me my order, that I don’t even need to come into the establishment to get, she gets an attitude and threatens to block my number if I call again. I guess Ill be going in to the store in the morning and not leaving until I get my $2 refund. At this point its the principal of the matter. If she wasnt rude, I would’ve just written off the experience to be honest.

As a washer I always tell customers to NEVER order from here. I came in and waited. Not a single person waiting. Just walked by me and continued to all have conversations without asking what I needed. so I finally spoke up and they quite literally talked over me. I stepped behind saying excuse me could someone help me – was asked to please move back. Acknowledge your customers and people won’t have to scream to be helped. I will forever tell everyone to move their apps somewhere else. The last time we came here your workers were in the parking lot blaring music tweaking in the parking lot. as we left you had 2 employees screaming at each other. This place is a trap house. Please review your cameras to see what you’ve hired here. This place is a disaster.

This McDonald’s advertises on the billboard directly across the street, on signage at the store, on google and on apple, as open 24/7. They’re not. Even when they should be open in the morning, their system is rebooting for an hour and they’re unable to take orders. Their hours and service availability are so irregular and impossible to find to verify, that I regret attempting to order here every single time. Out of the five times that I’ve attempted ordering here between the hours of 04:00–05:00am I’ve been successful once. I never leave negative reviews, but this is frustrating. Either fix the staffing or remove the false advertisements. At least whataburger is actually 24hrs, as advertised.

I received the worst customer service of my life on 10/07/2025 at this location on Caroline Street at approximately 8:20PM. The incident has been reported to the owner and corporate and neither have bothered to get back with me about it. I went to McDonald’s to get a treat for my family and take part in the recently revived monopoly game. I ordered 2 ice cream cones, 4 apple pies, a large coke, and a smoothie. The drive through line was long and taking forever. I had enough time to order and pay in the line via the app to save time. I get to the speaker and they inform me that their oven is broken and they cannot provide any pies or cookies and they offered a milkshake to compensate me. I was not interested in a milkshake as compensation for the nearly 8 dollars worth of pies that totalled half of my order. I suggested nuggets. There was a long hold while the woman working the register checked with management regarding my request. When she returned I was informed the manager denied it because they’re not a dessert item. I asked for my money for the pies to be refunded. I was told that has to be done in the app. She asked me to pull around to the 1st window for my receipt.
By the time I arrived at the first window I had pulIed up the information in the app about refunds and how they have to be requested from the restaurant you ordered from directly. I asked to speak to the manager at the window. She came over with a bad attitude and was clearly unwilling to help and was stressed out over her drive through times. I showed her the information in the app that states that refunds need to be requested by contacting the restaurant directly. The manager then informs me that they can refund it but cannot refund just the pies. That they’ll have to refund the entire order. I told her I was fine with that. That’s when the story changed again. She told me the owner won’t allow them to refund any mobile orders and I have to do that through the app. I again reiterated that there was no possible way to request a refund for my order in the app and showed it to her again. She told me she’s not losing her job for going against the owner’s orders. Then proceeded to slam the window shut in my face and refused to give me my receipt or order. I could hear the staff screaming obscenities through the closed windows. The woman who was working the register and the manager could be seen peeking around the corner to see if I was gone while I waited for someone to come back and give me my receipt or remaining food/drink items that were available. People in line behind me were honking and yelling at me as if this entire scenario was somehow my fault.
I spent nearly 20 dollars on a special treat for my child and an opportunity to play a sweepstakes, instead I got treated like garbage while my money was stolen. I was actually pretty excited that 2 of my items had monopoly pieces and I had a chance to play a nostalgic game and show my daughter what it was like but that was also ruined. Who knows? Maybe I could have been a winner with those pieces and lost my opportunity. It’s completely unacceptable for management to treat their customers in such a manner. Even more acceptable that the higher management will not respond on the matter. I was treated like I was the problem for being upset that the establishment was refusing to refund or replace my order. Then they retaliated with blatant theft. I paid for an order and it was refused to me. Do better. Be better.
