Well where do we start? I understand that my visit was the day after Christmas..but we all still have a job to do!
#1. We were never waited on from the counter. Everyone was in the back. So we decided to order through our App. We place the order and it was confirmed. We wait more. The whole experience was 35 plus minutes. We finally received our order and was on our way. We found a nice place to park with a beautiful view and picnic table. Mind you, I had looked in the bag to make sure the right items were present.
When we emptied the bag and opened the items, we seen that we did not receive what we had ordered. One of the drinks we had received was not any good at all and had te be thrown away. Try harder McDonald’s, I know you can do it!

This is a sad excuse. Even for McDonald’s. The lobby remodel closed off the kitchen from the rest of the lobby. There are no working menu display screens or employees available to greet or take orders. They have one self kiosk and one half is broken. No receipt paper or table numbers. No music in the lobby. Just constant alarms beeping that are never turned off. Just a sad place to be in our modern world.

Stopped by there one Sunday morning early, not busy but it was slooooow, they messed up multiple orders and everyone was leaving shaking their head. I was going to keep my comments to myself, but today I went through on my bicycle. The lady behind me pulled up because the sensor wouldn’t pick me up, I ordered got to the window and paid for rhe lady behind me to thank her. Manager comes to the window and says in the future you have to come in we don’t serve bikes through the drive through. She has a lot more to worry about than bikes in the drive through.

We where supposed by the long wait at the drive through it took us some time to get through. We almost left, however the food was so good. We got the sausage egg mcmuffin meal an oh boy it was yummy. You can tell when a MCDs cleans thier oil and equipment and this one is top notch.

My food was incorrect, cold, and the fries had NO salt, instead of the extra salt I requested. I went to get it replaced, and it took about 10 minutes before a worker noticed me standing at the register. I called out as politely as I could, but they never responded. The replacement food was still cold. There were maybe 3 orders at the time, including the drive thru, which were all very small.
I like McDonald’s, so I will try this location again in the future, and update if it is better next time.

This is slowest McDonalds ever. Every time I come I say it’s the last. Gets worse and worse. Might as well drive to pensacola dot and eat somewhere. Will be same price and quicker.

This is one of the best McDonald’s I have been too and trust me, I’ve been to a lot of them. I haven’t eaten food from McDonald’s as fresh as I did when I stopped at this location. I ordered my meal on the kiosk machine, and they delivered my to my table. The young man was ver polite and friendly and us if we needed anything else. I opened my food it was nice and hot, I took a bit out of it and it was soo good that I ordered another one. Meat was very fresh, bread was nice, fluffy and warm. The lettuce you can tell it was fresh. The dinner was clean, and the bathroom was super clean, too. If I could give this place a 10 out of 10, I would!!

Wow what a mistake I made stopping here one morning. I had a very simple order. No drinks no extras. They were horribly slow, cars lined up waiting for really basic breakfast orders. None of the orders were quick – they had everyone of those “waiting spots” filled up, and cars overflowing after that.

Guy at the drive thru didn’t comprehend our order. Sounded stoned, my girlfriend had to repeat our order 4 times. Food tasted burnt like it was set under a burner all day. Pickles were also stale. I expected better from Gulf Breeze.

Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while. Fast, burgers salted perfectly, crunchy fries. Friendly. Clean. Idk if I was hungry or it was just awesome.
