If you must eat here, watch them make your sandwich. Don’t order through the app like I did. I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich for a family member and when he tried to eat it, the sandwich fell apart. Even worse, there was only a few crumbs of meat on it. It basically looked like a mayo sandwich that a 3 year old child would make. The sandwich was so nasty we had to throw it away. We sent a complaint through the Subway website two days ago and no response.

would give 0 if I could. their online ordering was off thirty minutes before close when I tried it. so I drove down there to grab dinner after I got off work, and they were CLOSED 25 minutes early. the guy was in there just making himself a sandwich (saw me, didn’t care or acknowledge me at all). I called and no one answered. super disrespectful. their sign said 10 pm, Google says 10pm. but apparently they close whenever the heck they want. won’t be going back.

Slow service. There were only one worker and she was friendly but slow (not able to multitask). Wish she put my bread in the toaster before putting toppings on the other person’s sandwich so mine would be ready when the customer left. Do not go if you are in a hurry. This location does not take coupons.

I hate this location, always an older man or a younger girl and they both have a super bad attitude. And if their close to being off for the day they rush through your order all sloppy because their ready to go. They also argue in front of customers. I’ve held back from review on this place hoping it was just a little thing but nope seems to be legit a thing that is always happening. Not to mention they seem to close up during regular business hours. All the time!!! I’ve came to this location a number of times to find the door locked and the store closed. In the middle of lunch times.
I won’t even mention how rude the Indian guy is, I think he’s the manager or owner.
Drove the extra few miles and go to the one near drake. Way nicer and cleaner. And better quality of service.

They were very busy when I came in. They did a great job working as a team to take care of everyone. Didn’t wait very long. Staff is polite and very professional. I liked how they took care of me and attention to detail. (Grandson only likes meatballs,nothing else).
