One of the best McDonalds I’ve been too. Generally speaking, the staff is always very nice and quick. The only times I’ve had something other than that is with certain morning staff. I come by for dinner and then breakfast the next morning every other week when driving through Bonifay. Also want to be sure mention that John is an awesome employee. He is ALWAYS nice, patient, quick to get your order or to get your food. Most of the staff I encounter are great but he really goes the extra mile. Definitely deserves a raise!

The staff was really nice and I love that. But I would take a star off because we didn’t get our sweet and sour sauce (mobile order) and I asked for a side of big Mac sauce which I would’ve paid for but they didn’t charge me but I didn’t get that side.

After being on the road for a few hours in poring rain stopped in thinking we would enjoy a hot meal. Got two chicken sandwiches and a double cheeseburger. All three were so old it was like eating rubber. It was gross! To top it off the lady’s room had pee all over in a stall but there was no one available to tell.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a two star review but I sort of have to. The food maintained its usual consistency as any other McDonald’s in my opinion. I usually never eat McDonald’s but my grand babies love the nuggets. My gripe isn’t about the food or the order being messed up but rather with the restaurant itself, the place was FILTHY, tables were dirty, floors were sticky, the trash receptacle didn’t have a bin so there was when someone threw trash in it fell onto the floor. The restroom was horrible, I’d rather not go into details but let’s just say that it was unsanitary.

Cheeseburgers where hastily made. Too heavy on the mustard on the burger. Most of the condiments were squeezed out onto the wrapper. When did the patties get so small? Service was good. Everybody was polite and quick on a busy Saturday evening. Grimace shake was unavailable.

This is a Great fast food restaurant. The have breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring the American cheeseburger. There’s one called a quarter punder with cheese…and it’s a winner. For breakfast I prefer the mcmuffin. Good coffee and soft drinks. Best coke ever. Stop by..it’s a winner. And it’s clean.

I usually have no problem massacring most McDonald’s for their almost nonexistent customer service. However, this McDonald’s is THE BEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! While most McDonald’s attend to the drive thru and make people who walk inside wait, this one served me EXCEPTIONALLY FAST. The food was hit and not greasy. Entire staff hustled to serve everyone quickly. Corporate needs to use this as a training facility for the rest of the United States. They clearly know how to do their jobs. Thank you!

Looks clean and modern from outside. I used the drive thru. Service was slow. The fish sandwich I got was hard, and the cheese was cold. The sandwich had obviously been sitting for a while. Typical of a lot of drive thrus in today’s world.

Haphazard service and food preparation. Our fish sandwich was a mess. Mayo all over the inside of the paper container and the Big Mac was also slapped together with way too much sauce. Just food, not tasty at all.
