This isn’t a bad location it’s just average which is typical of McDonald’s. Your not going to be blown away by their food and service but it’s enough to keep you coming back. Again as with many local locations this one is frequently backed up and you may wait in line quite awhile before getting your food. When you do get it, it may or may not be fresh and hot. And you may get decent service or someone who basically just tosses you your food and shuts the window. It is McDonald’s, just remember that and it will be a passable experience.

Drive thru experience was OK but unsatisfied with the fact that I didn’t get all my order. I had drove 45 miles away before realizing my baby didn’t have all of his meal in his box! Which sucks! We always eat our fries as soon as we get them & they weren’t fresh. It tasted like they had been reheated or under the heat lamp too long..

The food was fine but the wait was relatively long for fast food. I placed my order at the kiosk (order for one person) and it took about 15 minutes for the food to come out. Service was average. Nothing remarkable. The restaurant, however, was very clean and well kept, including the drink and condiment area.

This McDonald’s has given me consistently fresh food the last three visits. We have a McDonald’s where we live in Macclenny but we drive to Baldwin because it’s fresh every time. My only 2 notes are.. drink stations are always messy. 2nd The person (s) who take food out to the grill stall parking space, please take off your gloves. Don’t go back to making food with gloves that just touched a dirty door handle. They keep forgetting to change gloves. I’ve seen this each visit. Please be more sanitary and mindful. Thank you

Men’s rest room was nasty and was worse than a truck stop bathroom. I have been in better men’s rest rooms in a lot of truck stop’s. The food was good, but it was just the same McDonald’s you get at all the other ones.
