I was surprised how this McDonalds was decorated.
The service was excellent & food tasted good. I ordered on the Kiosks (normal nowadays), The employees were professional. I have no complaints plus the restrooms were clean!

Relatively fast service. The food at this location was good, but not the warmest. The staff was a hit or miss as far as friendliness. The lady working the window was not the most pleasant and just seem like she was not Happy with working there but on the other hand the lady who brought the food out to my car was extremely friendly and cheerful.

Went through the drive through 3/8 at 7:11, order number 1507. The girl working your drive through needs a serious morale boost or something. She doesn’t really speak, seems super uninterested in helping customers, and as I was getting my change from her, she dropped my change on the ground. You’d think she would apologize but she simply closed her little door and watched me through the window. I’ll gladly not visit this location again even though it’s the closest to me. Food was on point though, and the blond haired kid at the food pick up window was very kind.

Sign says new administration. They need a manager that knows how to work. The person in the drive thru speaker was literally whispering
I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes waiting on a bagel. 30 minutes in line and then in the store for another 20.
One sandwich. They could not get it right. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible experience! Waited 10 minutes after the app told me the order was ready before any employee would acknowledged me and the other customers in the restaurant. It took me screaming “hello” to get their attention, they were clearly Ignoring us. The manager claimed they never saw any of us but yet one of the employees made eye contact with us. When I asked why they couldn’t just acknowledge us and say they’ll be right with us, she said it was the lead manager Holly and the GM fault for not scheduling more employees. On top of they my food was cold. Completely unacceptable.

After getting completely ignored and skipped at the ordering board when all I had was an online order I just pulled up to the window and the girl there was completely rude and told me she was taking the other guys order. As in the guy who pulled up way after me after I waited for the guy before him to be done. I’m sorry what? Just trying to feed my hangry kids. The guy at the next window was kind but I’m really sick of the rude people at this location who just do whatever they want and don’t care about people. If you don’t want to care about people don’t work in customer service.

Online time showed it closed at 12am, I came to the drive thru at 11:37, sat for a few minutes with no acknowledgement. I asked if they were closed, nothing. Why have a time listed for close if there is no plan to uphold it? I have been to this mcdonalds a few times, always had a bad experience. Wrong orders, impolite staff, general lack of care.

The young lady that works the drive thru, Jamilla, is rude and unwelcoming. She is not service oriented and should be removed from her position. I have already contacted corp via the website link. The manager of this location is doing a huge disservice by keeping her.

Service was quick, but food was sloppy. Large fries ended up being a medium because it was only half full. Burger was literally slapped together. Thanks McDonald’s
Update: just tried the burger and the patty was cold. This was within 8-ish minutes of leaving the drive thru. I’m not loving it.

In ministry, we work with LOTS of people..In doing so…we take to to eat. Not only does this McDonald’s have GREAT Management and staff…their food is excellent! Thank you all…terrific job! Bless you…in King Jesus name
