This is by far the dirtiest and most unprofessional Denny’s I have ever been in. They mistreat their employees. There’s a viral video on TikTok, going around, showing an employee by the name of Byron, discriminating against the customer and locking them in the restroom then verbally assaulting them. They are taking down the reviews because they do not want to take responsibility for what happened. Will not be visiting this location until they let this monster go from their business. He is absolutely terrifying not only verbally assaulting customers, but getting in their face and creating a very scary and hostile work environment.

Tuesday, December 16th Breakfast time
3 in the party having breakfast. Restaurant wasn’t crowed and was quiet.
We placed our order with an older woman.
She messed up one of our order and we told kindly saying oh sorry but we didnt order this… quickly she snapped at us saying yes you did. You said you wanted this. 1. I was shocked she spoke to us like that. 2. Instead of accepting her mistake she was determined to try to prove she was right and we were wrong on what we ordered. The person was a diabetic person and could not eat that. She walked away and never even came back to check on us, didn’t offer to even fix the order. They ate what they could from their order. We don’t make senses or try to complain. We still left a decent tip. But we will definitely never go back to this location.

I go here and usually get a salad. That’s the only thing I would recommend. I saw my food sitting in the “window” for 20 minutes.
The server had their earbuds in, which okay, but still. I was told 10 minutes. 40 minutes it took for my meal. It was cold and they weren’t busy. I’m a bartender and server mind you. I NEVER leave a bad review, but I’ll never order anything but a salad from now on.

We went and they only gave us one half of the milkshake. This was the first time ever this has happened to us lol.
The Mac and cheese was scrumptious, I almost thought it was Italian. Had a blt with fries and can’t complain.

Ordered the Family Slam Pack (bacon only), added the 2 OJs and 2 coffees, plus a kids meal with hot chocolate, and biscuits & gravy. Easy enough, right?
When I get there, they tell me it’s “almost ready.” Three minutes later, I get one lonely bag of food. I ask about the drinks—five minutes later someone shows up with just the hot chocolate. I ask again about the other four drinks. The host literally says, “Oops, didn’t see it.” Two more minutes go by before the full order is finally ready.
I get home, open the bag… and it’s four bacon and four sausage (I specifically asked bacon only). Oh, and the biscuits & gravy? Nope. I got a muffin with gravy. Yes, you read that right. A muffin. With gravy. Who even does that?
Look, I get wanting to move fast, but rushing just to hand people the wrong stuff isn’t speed—it’s chaos. Dude, just relax, read the order properly, and everyone wins.
The wild part is the food itself is actually good. But the execution? A train wreck. I tipped $10 for someone to package my food. If I’d known it was going to be a guessing game, I would’ve tipped $0 and called it performance art.
Denny’s, please—be vigilant. Nobody asked for sausage, and definitely nobody asked for muffin & gravy.
